Masseria Giovanni is located in the countryside of Grecìa Salentina,
just 500 meters from the town center where all the main services are
present, and where it`s still possible, in the stores, clubs, squares
and ancient courtyards, to hear the elderly as they speak the sweet
Griko language.
The facility is also very close to the Adriatic
Sea. The nearest beaches are those of Torre dell`Orso, Laghi Alimini,
Otranto and all the marinas of Melendugno, such as San Foca and Torre
Specchia Ruggeri. 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Change of bed linen, each 3 days
- Tidying up of accommodation with change of bathroom linen, for day
- Breakfast included from 08:00 to 10:00.
- Shared Pool available from mid-May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
