The Property
• "Starfish Bay" and "Mermaid Cove" are two rental homes and part of our larger private property called LUSEA. Both rentals are available to book separately or together.
• Private and protected Guest Dockage for up to 55 foot boat with 100 Amp power and water (Please ask owner for dockage electric and water details)
• Separate seating area on the deck by the dock with Chairs and tables and fish cleaning station
• Two completely different water views and experiences. From the outdoor decks looking North is Sea of Abaco and from the docks facing south Is the Sugarloaf Canal and Lagoon (Allows use of water activities on either side of the property and great of winds are prohibitive one side or the other for water toys)
• High speed WIFI throughout the property including all decks and docks
• The entire property including "Starfish Bay" is off the grid. A large SOLAR power plant guarantees constant 24/7 power! Two diesel generators serve only as backup. All this forms part of our properties very own "green" power plant
• Being off the grid we also have our own water plant. We collect our own water called "Rainwater harvesting". In addition, we have Reverse Osmosis water as backup. Quadruple filtration system and UV treatment ensure water is drinkable from every faucet. No need to buy drinking water!
