External Description

Villa Dolcesole is located in the green Umbrian countryside, just half an hour from Perugia and Assisi.

The property is surrounded by a large fenced garden (about 1 hectare) with green lawn, capable of accommodating up to 100 people. Within you will find a spacious dining area for 40 people.

The outdoor areas are embellished by a fantistic lit pool (7 x 14 m), equipped with sun loungers and parasol.

There is also a barbecue, and an outdoor parking area for 50 cars.

Internal Description

Villa Dolcesole consists of a main villa and 2 dependances, and can accommodate up to 24 people for a total of 7 bedrooms, 5 double sofa beds and 12 bathrooms.

The property follows the green economy: it is equipped with a photovoltaic system and consequently does not pollute much.

Available Internet Wi-Fi and air conditioning (in all rooms). All windows are equipped with mosquito screens (except the French windows of the suites). The bathrooms and bedrooms located on the ground floor are accessible to people with disabilities. No pets allowed.

Moreover the villa has a private chef who, upon advance reservation, can prepare breakfasts, lunches and dinners for guests.

Main building: Historic building dating back to the 1700s, set on 3 floors.

On the ground floor you will find: an event room (capable of hosting 80/100 people) with bar and 2 toilets (one of which for disabled people), a billiard room, wine bar, professional kitchen and toilet. Following is a private spa, open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and equipped with hot tub, Turkish bath, Finnish sauna, emotional shower, aromatherapy, chromotherapy, herbal tea room, relaxation area and guest bathroom.

The first floor, which can be accessed from both the internal lift and the external staircase, consists of: a bathroom for disabled people (with shower) near the entrance; a suite with 2 double bedrooms (of which one with ensuite bathroom with shower), a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, and a bathroom with shower.

On the second floor there are two other independent suites, respectively composed of: a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower), living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed.

Dependance 1: The first dependance, set on one single level, consists of: a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, 2 double bedrooms (including one with hot tub), both with ensuite bathroom with shower.

Dependance 2: A romantic house, also spread over one single level, made up of: a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, anteroom, 1 double bedroom with hot tub located under a large window overlooking the countryside, a bathroom (with shower-Turkish bath).

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Use of the spa and pool; 1 midweek cleaning with midweek linen change (for stays of minimum 7 nights); 1 full weekly cleaning (for stays longer than 7 nights).

Excluded from the price: Utilities (400.00€ per week); final cleaning (400.00€). On request, you can book in advance the following services: continental breakfast (20.00€ per person); lunches and dinners (Tuscan starter, first course, main course, dessert, water and wine - 50.00€ per person). Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 1.000,00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon damages.
