Located just 2 miles from I-26, but feels like you are a world away on your own private decks. You get to keep the view as you travel inside to cozy up by the hot tub or gaze out while you watch movies by the gas fireplace with access to fiber optic internet.

The space

With all the amenities the house provides (Hot Tub, fiber-optic Internet, and sauna!), this is Asheville getaway at its best!

WEATHER CONDITIONS
Please note that from December to April, weather in the mountains can be unpredictable. The last part of the road is on the cold, shady side of the mountain and takes longer to thaw after snowfall. If it snows, a 4WD or AWD vehicle is required, or bring tire chains as a backup.

To ensure a smooth stay, we also suggest stocking up on food and supplies in case of weather-related delays.

We encourage guests to purchase a travel insurance to protect your trip and cover you when certain covered reasons prevent you from taking your trip.

No Illegal Activities
Minimum age of primary renter: 23

No any kinds of animals (allergic concern).
We kindly ask please do NOT book with animals due to severe family allergies. We stay at this vacation home during breaks. A fee of $150 per night, per unapproved pet, will be charged if our "no pet policy" is broken, and the stay will be cancelled. Please respect our situation.

No parties/events

Max guests: 6 (including children older than 2 or visiting guests)

No smoking, vaping, illicit drug use inside! Smoking only allowed on porch/deck

No camper vans, RVs, trailers, tents, or any other type of temporary housing allowed on property.

Propane or charcoal for the grill are not provided.

For your convenience, we provide a complimentary starter pack consisting of a few essentials like toilet paper, trash bags, Shampoo/soap, dish soap & dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, etc. Items are not replenished during your stay, if more are required there is a grocery store close by.

By using the hot tub or sauna, guests understand that we, the hosts, are released from any liability associated with the guests’ usage of the hot tub or sauna.

We have bears visiting us. Please lock your car, never leave food outside and LOCK all exterior doors and windows. Please do not feed them. We will not be liable for any damage caused by bears at our cottage.

Moths and other wildlife are very common in this area. While we hire pest control to come over quarterly to spray both the inside and the outside, nothing can be done with the moths. Please keep the door and windows closed so they will not come inside. And there will be no refund if you encounter mother nature's business during your stay.

No fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

We are using microfiber lines. You are also welcome to bring your own cotton lines.

Guests are kindly requested to take full responsibility for any fines that may accrue during their stay as a result of their actions.

No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, fans, hot tubs, sauna room, etc. We will make every reasonable effort to assure that such appliances and equipment will be and remain in good working order.

By booking our place, you have agreed to our house rules stating, among other rules, that we do not allow pets, smoking, or parties in our home. We do have security cameras with both visual and audio features on the front of the property for It's just for monitoring the area since we are secluded. If this is an issue for you, please let us know as soon as possible.
