* It you want to know the exact location of the accommodation, we invite you to search on the internet for the name of the residence ( Résidence TISSIR ).
We will also send it to you a few days before your arrival.

While taxi transportation is widespread in Marrakech, for groups of more than 4 people, it can sometimes be more cost-effective to rent a vehicle.
- Transportation is also available via Indrive like Uber .

Notice to travellers:
We are required by law to obtain a copy of the ID card or passport of ALL travelers during check-in. It is the same practice as when you check in at a hotel in Morocco.
- No pets.
- smoke only on the balcony.
- No parties or evenings in the apartment.
- No additional guests other than what was mentioned at the beginning of the reservation.
- Marriage certificate to be presented for Moroccan/Arab couples (compulsory)📝

This is for government purposes to protect visitors to Morocco.
This is the same practice in all hotels and guest houses across Marrakech.
In Morocco, a strict law requires a marriage certificate to allow a Moroccan couple to share the same hotel room or apartment, including Moroccans with dual nationality. + This law does NOT apply to other nationals but does apply if one partner is Moroccan but for this reason we cannot accept visitors to the apartment .
* Breaking this rule risks jail and heavy fines. If you are married, please send a copy your marriage certificate before you arrive.
If this is not received before you stay or visitors are invited, your visit will be cancelled.

La loi marocaine (Article 490 du Code pénal)
La loi marocaine interdit à deux personnes de sexe opposé non mariées de cohabiter ou d`avoir des relations intimes. Cela s`applique aussi aux citoyens marocains vivant à l`étranger. Si l`un des deux membres du couple possède la nationalité marocaine, cette loi est applicable, même dans le cadre d`une location Airbnb.

*House rules 🙏🏻:
- Check out time is 11AM ( self checking )
- No parties or large gatherings
- Only registered guests are allowed overnight
- Contact us before bringing additional guests
- No pets are allowed
- Report any damages immediately
- A copy of the passport (or national ID for Moroccans) for each traveler is required before check-in via Airbnb.
- A copy of the marriage certificate is mandatory for couples where at least one member is of Moroccan nationality.
- Unregistered guests are not allowed in the accommodation.

For check-in, please send me your passports via the Airbnb chat (national ID for Moroccans + marriage certificate for married Moroccans) and feel free to let me know your check-in time if you have an idea to arrange your arrival in the best conditions 🤗.
