This home is conveniently located in between two main entrances into the park - 39 miles to the South Entrance or 41 miles to the Arch Rock Entrance. Just 8 miles to the historic town of Mariposa with large grocery stores, charming shops and restaurants.

* Convenience and serenity: Newly renovated with modern amenities in a tranquil country setting.
* Well-equipped kitchen: Appliances, cookware, serving ware, and basic spices for meal preparation.
* Outdoor enjoyment: Backyard with majestic oak trees, propane grill (propane included), and a fire pit.
* Spacious living room: Large sofa, fireplace, full-size pool table, board games, and Smart TV with streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, Amazon Prime).
* Comfortable sleeping arrangements: 3 bedrooms with clean linens.
* 2 full bathrooms: Stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap.

There is ample parking in front of the house and on the driveway for more than 5 cars.

- Pet-friendly: House-trained dogs are welcome for a $100 fee per dog per stay.
- Fire pit: Available only during non-fire danger months (end of October to beginning of May).
- High fire danger months: Travel insurance covering natural disasters is recommended for bookings June-August. Refunds for cancellations are only issued if the house itself is under evacuation due to fire.
- Fire safety: The house is up to code, and guests are asked not to engage in risky behaviors that could start a wildfire.

We are happy to accommodate your pets! Our standard pet fee applies to up to two dogs (1-2). If you have more than two dogs, we can consider it on a case-by-case basis, with an additional fee.
