Maximum occupancy is 14 guests at all times. No parties, drugs, or smoking permitted.
Exterior security cameras are located at entry doors for safety.
Dogs are welcome (2 max) with an additional fee and they must be at least one year old, house-trained, and crated when left alone.
No cable TV. We provide fast Starlink internet for streaming on Smart TVs.
A signed rental agreement and a $250 security deposit hold on your credit card are required.
• The hold is placed 2 days before check-in and released 3 days after check-out
• The deposit is only used for significant, preventable damage (not normal wear and tear)
• Details about the agreement, deposit, and optional travel insurance will be sent via email and Airbnb message after booking

Primary renter must be 25 or older.
There is a train line that runs through the area without a set schedule, and you may hear a train horn at times, including late at night. The vast majority of our guests are not bothered by it, but light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs or consider booking elsewhere if train noise affects their sleep.
Mountain setting notice: This cabin is surrounded by nature, and wildlife (including bears, snakes, and spiders) may be present. Do not leave food, children, or pets unattended outdoors, always bag trash and place it in the bear-proof enclosure, and keep car doors locked at all times.
In the winter months, in the case of severe weather, 4-wheel drive and/or tire chains may be required to enter and exit our development safely. Please plan accordingly.
