A Home That Breathes with the Mountains and the positive energy of the family who designed and built it. The story begins in 2006 when purchased the land with a 3 year old and an 18 month old girl by our sides. Little did we know that two years later we would be blessed with a little boy in 2008. A busy family and budgets prevented us from breaking ground until 2021. The house was completed in 2024. Over five years our family collaborated on the design, first using an iPad Architecture design app and a Pinterest board. We were able to digitally walk through the house to assess scale and flow. We wrote bible verses on the studs before the drywall went up.

Soaring cathedral ceilings draw your eyes upward while floor-to-ceiling windows frame year-round panoramic views that change with every passing cloud. The open floor plan flows seamlessly from great room to chef's kitchen, fully appointed for culinary adventures or casual coffee mornings. Table Rock Sanctuary isn't about escaping life—it's about remembering what life is supposed to feel like. This is a non-smoking property. Smoking will lead to $1000 in extra cleaning fees. No gatherings of more than 12 people on the property. There is a beautiful wedding and event venue called Blanton House 10 minutes away.
