From the living area, you have a balcony with pool views. There is a Bedroom NO3 (12sqm) with a queen-size bed of 160cm x 200cm, a TV, and views of the garden. The whole property is nicely organized offering several different sitting areas soo everyone from your group can find his own spot, and still enough spots to enjoy al-fresco all together.

Marina itself is a tourist resort and a small yacht harbor. It is dominated by a picturesque fort, a former summer house of Trogir bishops from the 15th century, restored and adapted into an attractive hotel. The proximity of the villa to the ancient cities of Trogir (10 km), Split (36 km), and Sibenik (36 km) give you the opportunity to enjoy the ambiance of UNESCO cities in a short time. You can also make a nice tour visiting Krka waterfalls, a beautiful part of nature only a 50 min drive. The car is recommended.
