Modern and Airy Home by the Sea STR25-000025
Just a few minutes drive to the beach, our 2019-built tiny home is the destination for your next getaway or remote work stay. The tiny home and its outdoor space are fully private spaces for you to enjoy when not out discovering our wonderful Monterey Peninsula.
Enjoy views of the Santa Cruz and Santa Lucia Mountains. This home is so much more spacious than its square footage. Vaulted 11-foot ceilings give the living room and first-floor bedroom a light and airy feel. Large windows bring in ample light. Enjoy the outdoor seating area or the convertible dining table. Flexible furniture saves space without sacrificing comfort.
The loft bedroom features a vaulted ceiling, king bed, and a comfortable workspace with a view.
For families with little ones, there is a small playhouse with a whiteboard and a pack-n-play. Also, furniture and TV are secured for safety, stove knobs have safety covers, and a ladder blocker is available for the loft ladder.

The entire tiny house plus its private backyard are yours.
We may or may not be out of the area during your stay but we can be reached using Airbnb messaging. If we are away, we work with a neighbor should you need anything. We are happy to offer any recommendations for your stay.
The neighborhood is a quiet family location with several schools nearby. While itâs not in downtown Monterey, expect a safe place to enjoy all of the Monterey Peninsula, beaches, and surrounding bay towns. Just a few minutes to Marina State Beach, and a short drive along the bay to Monterey, Pacific Grove, and Carmel.
Home is easily accessible by car.
Note that getting up to the loft bedroom requires the use of a fixed ladder and a crawl-through opening. For child safety, there is a ladder blocker available (see picture).
Tiny homes require flexible furniture and spaces. Our home features the following:
-Dining table can de folded folded and expanded various ways for flexible seating and space.
-Daybed on first floor can be a twin bed or convert to a king.
-Living room ottoman converts to a surprisingly comfortable twin.
-There are 4 foldable dining chairs on bottom floor. The with the ottoman, the dining table can seat 5, but can be a fairly tight fit.
At full conversion, the tiny home has 2 king beds, 1 twin, and a Pack 'N Play. Please consider whether or not this is appropriate sleeping accommodations for your group.
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider.
Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest.

Accommodation fees are occupancy-based and the amount listed at booking will be accurate for the number of guests on the reservation. Addition of guests after booking will also adjust accommodations fees.
