Magnificent Home in one the best neighborhoods in all of Maricopa, The Villages at Rancho El Dorado. This master plan community is located in Maricopa, Arizona. Residents of this community get to enjoy a community center with fitness facilities, two pools, playgrounds, a splash pad, basketball and tennis/Pickle Ball courts...all the amenities that make The Villages at Rancho El Dorado home.

The one story sprawling home is situated in the middle of this great community. Step inside to 4 glorious bedrooms with a split floor plan. There is a separate living room and dining room and then onto the spacious kitchen and family room. Lots of room to spread out. The kitchen has a generous island great for cook prep or breakfast and the dining area seats many. There is fantastic WIFI and TV's choices for you too in enjoy. From the family room you step right outside to the giant backyard complete with outdoor room and your own personal putting green. The master is luxurious with a king bed, tv, spa bath and separate walk in shower and walk in closet. The other three bedrooms are split 2 have queen beds with the 4th bedroom boasting 2 twin beds. The bath is shared and has a tub shower combo. There is a great 2 car garage and inside laundry room so living is easy.

Only 2.1 miles and 6 minutes away you will find the Duke at Rancho El Dorado golf course. This championship style, par 72, 18 hole course was ranked #1 best new course in Arizona by Travel Golf in 2003. Furthermore, just 3.3 miles and 8 minutes away is Harrah's Ak-Chin Casino. The casino offers slots, keno, table games & poker. Entertainment Center, with bowling, movies, and laser tag. Dining options include buffet, an upscale steakhouse and casual dining. Great place for a family

My extended family was getting together to visit my sister and this was an excellent local property to stay at since it had 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. (We had two families, 7 people total stay at this property ).The communal bathroom had a small sink, which got cluttered quickly, but besides that, everything was wonderful! We loved the welcoming feeling from the hosts with the popcorn goodie bucket and Keurig coffee machine.we all enjoyed some putt putt golf in the morning and evenings. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Good stay!

House was well stocked with the exception of towels and wash cloths. However the host had an Amazon package delivered to the house the following day with washcloths. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay and will rebook in the future. Great location and within walking distance to grocery store and shopping.

This house worked very well for our family. Extended family were able to visit & share a couple of meals with us. Loved being able to walk around the neighborhood. Granddaughters enjoyed the pool.

Great Place

7 of us were there for an R/C Sailplane contest. All old guys wanting our own beds. With 6 separate beds this worked out great. #7 brought a queen air mattress and found that the master closet was a big as a bedroom, so voila, privacy and comfort. Everything was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed a few games on the air hockey table and the putting green. It's close to a lot of fine eating establishments. A great trip at a great place.

Good house not big enough for 10

The house was listed for up to 10 persons. The number of beds was enough for 10 but the kitchen didn't have enough plates, silverware or mugs for 10 persons. The kitchen table only had 5 chairs. The first day we bought paper plates and plastic ware to eat. I contacted Arizona Elite Properties and they were excellent at providing extra plates, silverware, glasses, wine cups and mugs. The rest of the days worked great. The house is very comfortable, but it may be too small for 10 guests..

Overall, I was pleased with the house. The two issues were, the main bathroom had a broken handle for 2 1/2 days. We had to take the toilet led off, stick our hand in the water and lift the chain. When we contacted the property, that was there fix. I was told someone would be out between 8 and 12. At 12:30 no one called or came out. So called again and they promised someone would be out. So my wife had to stay back while I took items to my daughter in the hospital. The second was flies, we were killing flies for about 4 days. Could never find were they were coming from. Nothing was offered by the property for the inconvenience with the toilet.

Presently Surprised

Perfect for us during our short stay for a family wedding. Very close to town and most everything we needed. It would also be great for a longer stay. The pictures did not give the house justice. It was much better then we expected. Very clean and supplied with everything we needed to stay comfortably. My only petty complaint is that it didn't have enough mirrors for 6 adults to get ready. Maybe one or two in the bedrooms would be helpful.

Perfect stay in Maricopa!

This house was the perfect fit for our family! It’s clean, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need and more! The air conditioning works really well which was a huge relief with the 100+ temperatures as was the garage parking space! My kids loved putting in the back yard and we very much appreciated the snacks, waters and coffee that we were waiting for us when we arrived. A huge highlight was use of the community center which has a fabulous pool, great park, splash pad and tons of green space for the kids. My children had a blast! The neighborhood is friendly and close to supermarkets. I cannot recommend this house highly enough. We’ll definitely will look to stay there again when we’re next in Maricopa. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Great house

Great house. Wonderful master bedroom. Fun for my grandkids and family with putting green and air hockey table. Could use an upgrade on outdoor grill and pots and pans and silverware but with guests putting everything in the dishwasher I suppose that’s what happens. A very nice property.

Relaxing family getaway

The house was very clean, had plenty of room, and was better stocked than expected from previous reviewers' comments. Our grandchildren loved the air hockey table and the putting green in the back yard.
