5 double bedroom Art Deco Villa by the sea with heated pool

we would like to welcome you to our lovingly restored Art Deco villa with direct sea views literally 3 mins walk to the sand and sea on Palm Bay beach in Margate.
We have the bonus of a heated outdoor pool (heated between April and september) plus a Dry sauna for use all year round, and every amenity required for a luxurious stay by the sea. We also have a hot tub that can be used for an additional fee of ÂŁ250.00 upon request.
We have three double rooms one with an en suite and a king sized room on the first floor, along with a wet room, a separate family bathroom, and W.C and a further double bedroom on the ground floor, along with a downstairs W.C. we have a large family kitchen with two ovens a hob, microwave, washing machine, dryer and all the crockery and cooking utensils you will need. our dining table comfortably seats 10 and we have a high chair if needed.
you can relax in our sea view lounge, or in our patio view lounge with views of the pool. or on our balcony to watch the amazing sunset . we have a lovely English garden with patio areas, two places to dine and an area to BBQ. Towels, bedding and beach towels are all provided

Superb facilities and shared areas, with two large living spaces, a very pleasant and large dining area and kitchen. The heated swimming pool, sauna and hot tub were wonderful additions to our holiday.The location between margate and Broadstairs allowed easy trips to lots of great food places and the beach and cycle routes along the coast.

Fantastic house

The house is absolutely beautiful. It is clean, and wonderfully decorated. The pool and outdoor area was perfect, lots of different seating areas for relaxing and eating al fresco. Cannot fault it in any way. Easy to walk into Margate, 10 mins by car from Broadstairs. Lovely beaches to walk to - Botany Bay is a must. 5 STAR!!!

A wonderful find!

This house was really stunning - so different from the usual holiday houses which can be quite bland. Beautifully furnished and decorated, in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with a beautiful view of the sea. The pool and sauna are a real treat and as we were lucky with the weather, we were able to truly make the most of the pool! The house was spotless and provided all the simple basics - washing up liquid, tea, coffee, sugar, foil etc. The owners were prompt to answer my messages both before and during the stay. The walk into Margate along the coast was about thirty minutes. This place is a real gem and perfect for a large family get together!

Beautiful!

Wow, from the moment I saw the house I knew it would be perfect and it did not disappoint. This house is absolutely beautiful, every single part of the house is luxurious, so much so we are sad we had to leave.We loved the heated pool, chilling in the hot tub and the sauna but most of all the view in the evenings out at sea! This house is just stunning and in a lovely area. Lastly contact with the property owners was excellent, Alan and Bill are so lovely! Stunning

The property was stunningly beautiful had all the amenities you could imagine and more. Champagne in the hot run on my birthday then when the weather turned we could enjoy being inside before a bracing walk on the beach. Fantastic views across the bay and a short walk into town for a delightful meal.

Beautiful home and pool, great hosts

The house is very comfortable, all systems working, and the pool and hot tub work well. Great for a family of seven! There is some construction in the neighborhood, but it did not disturb us. Our hosts Alan and Bill could not have been more accommodating.

Fantastic house

Our second stay at the house, and we enjoyed it just as much the second time round! Brilliant location, with great walks in all directions. And an equally brilliant location for staying in and looking out onto the water when the weather is less amenable! Everything in the house has been put together with such love and care. And - unlike many properties - there were plentiful supplies of everything, so you didn't find yourself buying dishwasher tablets or bin bags after the 2nd day of your stay! Communication from Bill and Alan was very prompt and responsive, and they could not have been more welcoming. We are definitely looking forward to returning again!

Alan and Bill have managed to present a property that is practical for families and relaxing for adults. The location is wonderful, close to quiet beaches and vibrant downtown Margate. There is also nothing quite like sitting and watching the water from the wonderful reception room, whilst nursing a glass of wine in the evenings! A repeater for sure.

Spectacular stay with family in Palm Bay

The property is amazing inside and outside. Plenty of places to go although we spent a lot of time by the pool and in the snug. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful. My bed was very comfortable and the view from the balcony is just wonderful. Who needs to go abroad :)

Deco Villa

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The property was spacious, well decorated and provided everything we needed for our stay and much more. It was in a good location metres from the beach and within walking distance of the high street. The kids and adults enjoyed the games cupboard which kept us entertained in the evenings. Would highly recommend to families as a place to stay.

Wonderful house in a perfect location.

We have just had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous house. Beautifully decorated, very clean and very well equipped. The sea views were amazing and it was an easy walk into Margate. We are a family ages ranging from 17 to 83 and everyone loved it. The swimming pool and sauna were a great bonus. I would totally recommend this house to anyone. Thank you Alan and Bill.
