Welcome to Luka on Town View Terrace!



In the heart of Margaret River, you are surrounded by the vibrant town filled with boutique shops, cafes & restaurants, and much more! A short walk (very short 2min) and you are in town.



The property is filled with natural light, modern fixtures and features a stunning balcony to capture the reaching view over the Kari forest.



All amenities are available for you, including a hairdryer, washing machine, and your breakfast essential, coffee pod machine.



We supply you with the goods... less travel necessities for you- all natural body wash, shampoo and conditioner from Zero.



We also supply beach towels, saving you that much needed space in your suit case!



The apartment is open plan living and dining and suitable for 4 adults. It has a self-equipped kitchen with all amenities & utensils. The first bedroom with en-suite has a king bed. The second bedroom with adjoining bathroom has 2 single beds however can be arranged into a king bed.

Please advise if you require the second bedroom to be made and what bed arrangement you would like. If no request is made the apartment will be set up as follows.

1 guests - 1 king & 1 bathroom

2 guests - 1 king & 1 bathroom

3 guests - 2 kings & 2 bathroom

4 guests - 2 kings & 2 bathroom

If no request is made prior arrival and extra linen is requested, there is a $50 call out fee to make any extra bed. Cot and high chair is an additional $45.



There is a large, undercover outdoor area extending from the living room. Outside there is a dining & lounge seating arrangement for you to relax and watch over the Kari forest. We have also supplied a BBQ so you can cook and entertain outside.



Luka on Town View offers Chromecast for you to easily enjoy your personalised TV. Download the app on your phone, connect to the Chromecast and stream what you like, Netflix, YouTube, Stan...



There is also a small shed located next to the car park where you can store your bikes and other large belongings. There are FOUR FLIGHTS of stairs from the car park to the entrance.
