Alley Cats is a great holiday home right in the middle of Margaret River town. There are 3 bedrooms, a brand new kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower & vanity basin plus a separate toilet with powder room facilities in the laundry. It’s a great space for two couples or friends to share, or a family of 5.
The space
You’ll enter the house into the open place living, dining and kitchen area. There is a TV, comfy couch, wifi internet and reverse cycle air-conditioning. The Living area opens out onto the backyard area with deck and BBQ. The dining area is a breakfast bar style seating area connected to the kitchen bench.
Down the hallway are the 3 bedrooms; one with king bed, one with queen and the 3rd bedroom has 2 x single beds. The main bathroom is freshly renovated with a walk-in shower and vanity basin, there is a separate toilet off the laundry. The laundry has a washing machine and large bench space with basin & mirror which makes for a perfect ‘getting-ready’ area.
Alley Cats makes a perfect base for your down south holiday as it is fully self contained and offers a full kitchen, laundry with washing machine, reverse cycle air-conditioner to the living area and an open plan living area which opens onto a decked area with BBQ.
Guest access
There is space for two cars to park one behind the other in the area directly in front of the house. Parking can be tight, so best suited for small cars.

Cleaning Fee - Please note that the Cleaning Fee is higher than other properties because it is a combined Linen Hire & Cleaning Fee.
Extra fees: Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc. Credit Card Fees: 1.75% credit card fees apply for domestic VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS, 3.50% for international VISA, Mastercard & EFTPOS and 3% for AMEX.
House Location: Please note Alley Cats is located in a complex of 4 homes.
*The short stay approval on this house is for no more that four people or one family of 5 at any one time.
