South Seas Condominiums is a private, gated community just minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, boutiques, and the beach. As a guest here, you’ll have exclusive access to amenities such as the heated community pool, fitness center, walking paths, tennis & pickle ball courts, and a putting green. South Seas is the only community on Marco Island which boasts both beach access and boat docks, which can be rented at very reasonable prices.



NOTES:

- The condo complex allows owners to make renovations to their units from May 1 to November 15 so there can be construction noise in this Tower. Work can only be done between the hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, unless it is for emergency repairs.

- There is a registration fee of $100 which includes a parking pass for one car and each addtional parking pass is $100/car. The fee is paid onsite at the Manager’s Office in the lobby of Tower 3 and the registration fee ONLY applies to overnight guests.

Beautiful property, for some reason during our stay the mosquitoes were relentless on the pathway to the beach. (Not the owners fault). Once on the sand it was a perfect walk. Don’t buy a laundry card! It costs 10 dollars in the lobby just to buy one and then you’re supposed to add money to it. Just download the app, and add your money. Then you won’t be out ten bucks. Other than that no complaints.

Great Location - Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops and the BEACH

Great location. The condo was fully furnished with everything we needed for our stay. Very clean and nicely furnished. Mornings and evenings on the balcony were wonderful with a great view. Restaurants are nearby. Beach is steps away from the condo. Beach chairs, beach wagon and items are included with the condo. Property has a pool. The pool is nice. We enjoyed our time and will be back.

Great Property!

We really enjoyed this condo as a family! It had beautiful views of the beach and the ocean! The condo was very clean and had all the items needed for the beach since we flew down! We would definitely recommend to others!!

Great vacation

We stayed first time at Marco Island and at this property. Beautiful Island, unforgettable sunset and views from our balcony. Very clean property and the unit. We had an issue with the shower door, property manager responded promptly and the door was fixed the same day. Great service!!! The walk to the beach is not as close as it appears, but we loved the beach anyway:) We wish the pool time would of been longer, at least until 10 pm, sunset is too early to enjoy the pool. Overall we loved our vacation and our family would definitely return back to Marco Island :)

40 yr old ladies trip

Great time on this trip we felt a little old with all the older ppl but it was quiet and location was unbelievable! The check in was a little hard to find and then figuring out what building or where to park was a little confusing but then the rest of the time was amazing and perfect.

We had a wonderful family vacation. The view from the condo is breathtaking! The weather was warm and it is a great beach for walking. Mark was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We will be back!

A beautiful walk to the beach

Apartment is really nice. Bright. Sunny. Good view of the sweep of the Marco beach looking south. No direct sunset exposure in Dec, however could be at other times of the year. Loved the deck that runs the length of the apartment. Well appointed (including great sand chairs, umbrellas, and a cart) and well furnished, although ready for a facelift. The only “drawback” is that it is a longer walk to the actual shoreline than other parts of Marco. Not the best for older folks or for little kids. Worth it though for those not in those categories.

Beautiful property. We felt very safe. Recommend driving to Miami and taking the million dollar home tour by boat. Condo was equipped with all the essentials. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Views

Very nice experience with the property manager, as well as Mark the rental Manager. Mark did an excellent job of communicating with us in a timely manner, especially when we expressed concerns over the tropical storm that was to hit the area the condo was located. He was very enjoyable to work with. The property was wonderful, and the property staff were as well.
