This rental house was great! The house was a nice size, sleeps 6 people comfortably. Love the detached suit for added privacy! The house was exceptionally clean and the furniture was so comfortable to sit and enjoy a book! The pool was as described and the hot tub made relaxing easy. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing property with all the amenities!

We love the layout of this property! Our favorite things were: kitchen had everything we needed, laundry room is great, comfy beds and furniture, super nice appliances, dishes and cookware, bike rides to a beautiful nearby park, easy drive to the beach (and they had all the beachy stuff we needed like chairs, towels and umbrella), and the best part…great communication with the nicest host!

Sandbar review

Our stay at the Sandbar was relaxing, rejuvenating, and so much fun. Allison, our hostess was readily available and extremely efficient at check-in, throughout our stay, and during check-out. It is obvious that her primary concern is that an exceptionally enjoyable stay is achieved. The Sandbar is a unique setting with each room in view of the pool and spacious, well furnished lanai. The home is immaculate, very cheerful, and the floor plan allows for easy flow from room to spacious room. It is a perfect spot for privacy and serenity. Allison was readily available for questions and she demonstrated genuine concern for our. comfort annd enjoyment. Both the home and the hostess provided all that we could possibly need for a wonderful vacation.

Fantastic stay at The Sandbar! First impression upon arrival was warm and inviting. Well decorated, comfortable furniture, great layout of the house with the pool and hot tub courtyard and all bedrooms felt private! Property Manager was always easy to reach and very responsive with a couple questions we had, Allison is amazing!! Beds were beautifully made with nice linens and plenty of towels for the bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and grill. Nicely stocked and clean. We very much appreciated the beach chairs and wagon to use angling with plenty of beach/pool towels. Also, a fun touch were the two bikes in the garage! We took them out to bike along all the well maintained sidewalks throughout the neighborhood. Uber easily picked us up from this location as well as having Sammi’s pizza delivered. We would definitely recommend this house and the host to all our friends and family!

Perfect Marco Island Vacation

WIfe and I spent a week at The Sandbar. We had a most wonderful week at the property. We walked into the home and were amazed at the cleanliness and attention to detail that was obvious everywhere. No signs of wear or tear anywhere and everything worked without issue. Furniture was most comfortable and the beds gave remarkable nights sleep. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed and then some! And the third bedroom in the casita, only accessible through the courtyard, was a perfect place for napping undisturbed. The highlight of the home is CERTAINLY the pool which is located in a courtyard in the middle of the home's footprint and completely private. The pool even extends under the roofline, which provides shade on the hottest South Florida days. The pool deck is well furnished with comfortable chairs for reading or relaxing and a table, chairs and an umbrella to enjoy a meal on the pool deck. And the home's location is perfectly situated to only be a short distance from any of the amazing shops, restaurants or things to do on Marco Island. The home is absolutely perfect and will be our go to place on return trips to Marco Island without a second thought. To be in Marco Island is to be in paradise. To stay in this property on Marco Island is the icing on the cake!
