The walk to the beach is 7 minutes. This remodeled home has tons of offerings. A lot of thought has gone into this property to make your stay on Marco Island one of your best. The home itself turned out amazing, and almost everything is new! Like countless times on this listing I am telling you how close you are to the beach and a lot more outdoor activities, but that isn't even half of it. When it is time to relax in the heated salt water pool with a hot tub that both are set to exactly the same temperature as the JW Marriott, I have you covered there with plenty of floats and toys. For those who prefer shade, the covered lanai has comfy lounge area as well as a nice dining table for eating meals al fresco!

For walking to the beach, the house is equipped with a beach cart, beach buggy, chairs, multiple coolers and umbrellas. Also there are 4 bikes in the garage when you want to ride around our beautiful island and explore.

And don't worry if the sun is not shining. There are plenty of indoor games to keep you amused. You and your guests will love the fast action of the 89" air hockey table, challenging each other to chess or checkers at the pub table or winning at the king size "Connect 4" game. Enjoy the recessed ambient lighting in the common area rooms after dark. The home has a total of 4 TV's.: the master and the guest room each have 55" smart TV's., while the living room and game room both have 65" smart TV's.

Hopefully you will enjoy our many delicious restaurants on Marco Island, but if you want to cook at home, you will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and grilling area. It has everything you will need to prep and cook... just bring your own catch (even if it's from the market!) If there's something in the kitchen that you may need that's not provided, I would really like to know! I think I've thought of everything.

Check in is a breeze at the Waves House. You will receive your personal combination to the garage and front door so you don't have to worry about the hassle of picking up and returning keys.

Absolutely Perfect

We can't say enough about this home. The location is excellent and within walking distance to everything. The home was exceptionally clean and fully equipped including a garage full of "extras" to allow for a fun day at the beach or a bike ride around town. The homeowner was excellent and communicated very well with us making us feel comfortable and well cared for. We will definitely be coming back.

Perfect Marco Island retreat

We had family staying at the JW for 4th of July weekend and we needed to stay nearby. This house was across the street and a very short 5 minute walk. House has very cute and clean. Plenty of fresh towels and all bed linens crisp and clean. Beds were very comfortable too. Perfect place to escape the very crowded JW crowd. Loved it and Matt the host was very responsive.

Spring Break ‘24

We loved this house and we love Marco!! Perfect location! We could walk to the beach, our restaurants, and shoppes! Our teen girls were able to ride bikes wherever they wanted and we felt they were safe doing it! I loved that this house has a heated pool and hot tub! There were plenty of towels and also beach towels! We will definitely come again!!

Perfect hidden gem in Marco. Walking distance to beach and JW. Pool and hot tub. Great patio. Super comfy bed. Clean. Great landscape. I’d stay here again with my family. Also, Matt was great to work with. He even helped me fetch my necklace out of sink drain.

Great place to stay

We loved staying here. The house was spotless, well appointed and in a great location. We loved being able to walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. It was also easy to get out and just go for a nice long walk as there were sidewalks everywhere. The outdoor space was also great when we just wanted to hang out at the pool and spa. Matt was a great host. He was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of. We would stay here again.

This property is in a prime location!!! The house has everything you need for your stay. Close to beach, restaurants, mini golf, etc. Perfect for families with little kids. I strongly recommend staying here! Kids had a blast playing air hockey!!!

Great Conference Alternative to JW Marriott

We were in town for a conference at the JW Marriott and this home worked perfect with an infant and two little kids. The walk over to the conference was easy, the public beach was a short walk, and the house worked perfectly. The host was responsive and great. We will definitely stay again when back in town for the conference!

This vacation home is absolutely Beautiful!! Everything you can think of is there!! You can tell that every guest takes good care of it.
