Vue panoramique de la plage de Marco Island avec environ 20 mile Ocean Vista et idéalement situé en position centrale sur un croissant de la plage de Marco Island.
Je dois une unité du milieu avec la plus grande terrasse / balcon (plus de 300 pieds carrés) dans l'ensemble du complexe qui surplombe la plage avec l'année le coucher du soleil.
Immeuble sécurisé et un ascenseur avec un parking couvert.
Apollo est le seul immeuble en copropriété privée sur la plage avec restaurant et bar attenant à l'immeuble. Restaurant a été récemment élu meilleur happy hour sur l'ßle. Le 1 chambre 1 unité de bain, récemment rénové, dispose d'une douche à l'italienne, lit King Size avec 2 TV, magnétoscope et lecteur DVD.
L'appareil est livrĂ© avec des serviettes, literie, vaisselle, casseroles, poĂȘles, et de l'argenterie, ainsi que des fournitures de plage tels que des serviettes de plage, jouets pour le sable, glaciĂšres, et chaises longues.

We enjoyed our stay at Apollo. My wife felt it hadnt been cleaned properly but it just needed some updates. New shower was very nice. We slept comfortably. Its a beautiful and safe area. The back patio and ocean views are spectacular. Beach access is easy. There was an issue over a parking charge that has yet to be resolved and will be pursued further if not resolved soon. But overall, this was a good stay and i would stay here again.

Bummed to say the least

This unit needs some major TLC. Immediately upon entering I noticed little flies everywhere. Almost fruit fly looking things. If it wasn’t a Friday after 5:00pm I would have called property manager. The other thing that stopped me from calling them was I only had one week and I spent a lot of money to take the trip. The sliding glass doors need sealed you can literally see gabs. I assume this has a lot to do with the bug problem. I opened the doors to go check out the view and immediately had issues with the screen doors. The screens was brought up in a previous review and I thought well this had to been addressed by now but no it wasn’t. The shower drains very slow, place needs painted the baseboards are peeling paint. I spent my week killing flies, I stayed out of the room as much as possible. I kept all my food in the refrigerator even if it didn’t need refrigeration. It took what would have been the absolute perfect vacation and made it just ok. As far as the location you just couldn’t ask for more. The other big inconvenience was the key that you must carry to get from the beach to inside the property, then inside the building then to use the elevator. This was also mentioned in other reviews but I was liking to deal with the key situation for the location. The doors are extremely heavy. Having the sunset grill in the building was awesome. The Ladies at Horizon are fabulous! 5 stars to them! I would not rent this unit or stay at the Apollo in the future.

Wonderful vacation

Loved our stay! The place was so easy to get to and easy access to everything we wanted to do! One of the beach chairs was broken, and a beach cart would have been really nice! Other than those 2 minor items, we will definitely be back and would stay here again! 😊thanks

NIce Gulf Views, oversized porch area

The unit is on the 2nd floor and has a large porch rather than a balcony overlooking the beach. Plenty of porch furniture. The renovation of the walk-in shower is very nice. Furniture fits nicely in the small condo. The A/C was not working when we arrived but the management company had the repair completed quickly. They were easy to contact and very responsive. Thank you! No problems with this condo. One small detail- a blackout curtain in the bedroom would help with the sun and exterior hallway lights.

Great Location

Easily accessible, great location and friendly staff. Location of condo is great, with a large patio for early morning starts and incredible sunsets! Interior could use a few updates to the cabinets. A few doors were coming a part and hard to open originally, had to gently open. Had some maintenance done on wifi there and pretty sure only one TV worked after completed. Didn’t really need that much anyway. Would definitely stay there again 100% Had a great trip!

Great Location and Views! Condo met our needs.

We've stayed in Marco Island at VRBOs several times. This Condo met our expectations. Was Clean and equipped other than one large dead bug in the middle of the floor on arrival and a single roll of toilet paper. I've never purchased TP for a weekend at at a VRBO before, but it's apparently required for this one according to the management company. Communication in general was good, Check is was a little longer than expected. quick and easy to get the keys but had to provide a full form of details when arriving at the condo which the desk person stated is usually sent in advance by the mgmt company. So minor inconvenience standing there in the lobby for 15 minutes with our hands full of luggage and groceries. In the end, If you are going to stay at a VRBO on Marco Island and plan to spend time at the beach, Seawinds and Apollo are your best options. Literally steps to the ocean, easy to run back and forth to the condo when needed, and a restaurant/bar right in the building here.

Perfect getaway!!

We live locally but wanted a place to get out of the house for a few days with our kids. During the pandemic, this stay was perfect! We were able to socially distance ourselves with ease, we had a FANTASTIC beachfront view with a massive balcony and had quick access to the beach. We also enjoy walking around state parks and we were less than an hour from multiple nearby state parks. It was a perfect “staycation” and we are already talking about booking again for next summer!

Cute place on the water .

This is a cute space . Upon entry the overall appearance of the unit was very clean and minimally decorated which was fine for us. The bedroom is actually in the front of the apartment and the window looks out on the outdoor hallway. There was not too much noise during our stay, but you can’t ever lift the shades or anyone passing has a direct view of you. A lot of building are like this on Marco . We have been looking to purchase and so I have become very well aquatinted with the floor plans of most of the buildings on the water ! I have to make the most important comment of this review : The bed is the absolute worst! Back breaking !!They need to get a new mattress . We didn’t get any rest as the mattress is shot. The kitchen is quaint but the appliances in the kitchen are extremely dated . The view is nice but again the pictures are deceiving as the unit is located directly above on the second floor of the Sunset grill , a pub with decent fare looking out on the water. It’s actually nice to come off the beach and have a bite in there ! They are friendly and it never really got too crowded . The view is good though. Watching the sunsets is wonderful . The veranda is actually quite large . Plenty of outdoor furniture . Now for the final thing about the whole property . This may be to some vacationers liking but it’s like fort knocks every step you make. Every door you try to go thru has a key . The elevator, for example , has a key and it’s on the dated side so it takes a few jiggles before you can get the call button to light up. If you don’t put your parking ticket in extremely good view on the dashboard , you get parking violation notices !! There are many many rules and I guess if you bring kids here it’s very safe in that regard! It should be noted that the public beach access is directly adjacent to the building and that may be why there is so much security but further to that , the beach gets unbelievably crowded and loud with people playing all sorts of music . We thought the unit was satisfactory for the reasonable cost . You get what you pay for . It was Memorial Day weekend and this was one of 2 units left on the island ! The WiFi worked , there is a hairdryer as previously noted in another review, missing . We had to buy toilet paper, laundry detergent for outdoor machines and shampoo but there were paper towels and some garbage bags . Thanks for reading !

Very good service from the property managers, responsive, units seem a little older, location is awesome, and balcony on floor 2 is a little unusual/no privacy...worked for our long weekend.
