Really wonderful property on Marco with great access to everything, quiet surroundings, nice amenities, and very comfortable furnishings throughout. Our family had another terrific vacation in SW Florida due in large part to the accommodations. We certainly hope to be back again next year and beyond.

Olive Ct stay

We had a very nice time at 931 Olive Ct. House is very nice with a pool and garage. The house had some staples in the pantry which was nice to not have to buy for just one week. They also had plenty of beach towels, chairs for the beach and an umbrella. This was our first time to Marco island and it was the perfect place to stay.

Great Property, Great Location on Marco

Offered everything our family needed and hoped to find on Marco. Close proximity to the beach, Publix, a variety of restaurants, and shops. Really enjoyed the private heated pool and quiet mornings out on the screened lanai watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee. Really enjoyable all the way around.

Beautiful Home!

Very clean home. Great space. Comfortable beds. Wonderful location and walking distance to one of the public beaches. Had a few issues but most were addressed very fast. We enjoyed our stay in this home very much and would book again.

Family Time!

The house was beautiful, and the saltwater pool made the whole trip. My grandson had such a great time. The parking pass was key, as parking for the public beach isn’t enough. Despite all the rain, we had a great time. I think my kids are already planning for next year.

Best Time Ever!!

What an amazing property!! We absolutely loved the house, the location, the pool, the decor! We had everything we needed right there. We cooked at home every night and swam all day. We enjoyed celebrating my dad's 88th birthday in a most beautiful environment. Thank you so much to the host for a lovely and memorable vacation. We hope to return! As a matter of fact, you have us thinking of giving up the desert of Arizona to live in your slice of heaven!

We loved every minute of our stay. The location was great and the house was amazing! The house was well equipped. The only downfall was only one beach umbrella. However, we bought one and left it for other guests. The highlight was the beautiful lanai which we enjoyed every day after going to the beach. Snowbirds

Snowbirding for two weeks. A wonderful house with everything you could need and a great location. We easily were able to work remotely and enjoy all that Marco has to offer. Can’t wait to do it again next year.

Three Day Stay: Jan 2024

Overall the property ewas clean and generally as advertised in the photos and listing. The Prop Mgr was quick to respond to a TV that was not connected and working. We had some trouble with the HVAC unit and understand that it was due to having two thermostats - one of which was set to heat. After a couple of days we found the second thermostat and got the situation resolved. I am sure the Prop Mgr will provide more specific instructions on this for future guests. Great location for proximity to Resident Beach.
