All new tile flooring throughout, a great waterfall edge kitchen that features a full-size oven, microwave, fridge, and a dual Keurig machine so you can use K-cups or drip. The bathroom has a brand-new shower, with a rainfall faucet, great vanity, and lighting.

You'll love all of the boats that float by and the daily dolphin sightings sitting on our back porch.

During the Summer of 2022, we also updated the bedroom furniture, including an adjustable frame bed. We also added a recliner and a new couch with a pullout bed.

We purchased this condo more than 4 years ago and our guests love its location and Olde Marco Charm.

Easy to get to the beach of Marco Island in your rental car and parking in public lots.

We actually recommend you take a quick Uber or Lyft as you can get dropped off at access points and then get picked up later in the day. Super easy way to enjoy the beach.
