This year marks our 4th consecutive year of renting this house. We find the location ideal, very close, within walking distance (about 7 minutes or -) to the public beach entrance, and the accommodations are very clean and suitable for our needs and for additional family members as well. We already know we’re returning next year for a longer stay!

Comfortable And Roomy

The house has a nice open concept with plenty of room. Great living space with a large TV. The bedroom and bathroom was large and the bed comfy. And the property manager was very responsive. I would stay there again.

Three night Marco Stay

Loved location, great communication! The house itself had some issues...loose cupboard doors, no hanging rack in bathroom, bizarre layout of rooms, not enough seating for six of us. Overall though, we had a great stay:)

Absolutely Wonderful Stay

We’ve stayed at numerous rentals in the area over the past 10 years, but this rental tops them all. Photos are accurate. Very clean and amenities such as beach toys, bikes and a cart equipped with an attachable umbrella (carried our toddler grandchild to the beach) are all in the garage. A brand new, portable “Pack ‘n Play” is available too. We have made reservations to return in 2024.

Nice beach stay

The house is well decorated, comfortable and clean! Nicely remodeled and easy walk to the public beach path. The property manager was helpful and accommodating when we had a few issues. The outside area does leave something to be desired but maybe that is coming in stage two. The enclosed porch needed cleaning and new rugs/more furniture and the backyard is just crushed rock (no seating or grill) basically unusable. Overall we appreciated the location and nicely furnished/remodeled home!

Fantastic!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The property manager is friendly, quick to respond. The space was awesome for our family and friends. It had everything we needed and the beds were VERY comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the beds and pillows. We were well-equipped with really nice appliances, washer, dryer, coffee maker, blender, a wagon for hauling chairs and the umbrella to the beach and plenty of extra sheets, bedding and towels. Maria, the property manager was very accommodating our requests and questions. That made this feel like a well-cared for home and just like home. The location is fantastic. No fighting beach parking because the South Beach Access is just a 10 minute walk and the access across from the 7-11 is just about a 12 minute walk. So close to the “beach parties” for the young adults. Also a close walk to some great restaurants like Nacho Mamas, Marco Prime, Salty Dog and ice cream. A really fun, yet relaxing area. The enclosed patio was great for enjoying morning coffee and late night cocktails. If you want a pool, this house doesn’t have one, but we didn’t miss it much because we had friends at a resort nearby and the beach is so close! Five stars! Thank you so much!

Nice place but amenities good be better

This is a very nice property with a good location and I would go back. That being said little upgrades in soap, shampoo and other personal and cleaning goods would step this property up. These are minor quips however. Its a terrific house and although I did not get the check in details the owner responded in 5 mins after I texted him I had arrived and needed the info.

Quick walk to the beach

Renovations not quite complete. New furniture is lovely and comfortable. Plenty of beds for 6 people with double aero mattress available. However, there is a dining table for 4 people. Lovely screened porch to sit on for only 4. Master bedroom has en suite bath. The other 2 bedrooms share a small bath located next to one of the bedrooms. Nicely equipped kitchen. Plenty of beach towels! Wonderful beach wagon and couple of beach chairs and umbrella available to guests. Garage is a tight fit with construction debris and there is no yard for kids to play in. Beach is beautiful and covered with gorgeous shells. Pretty crowded for our week. Be sure to go to Tigertail beach and rent kayaks.

Perfect home away from home

Our stay on Swan Dr was perfect for our family of six's week on Marco Island. Everything was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Being an easy walk away from the beautiful beach was made even easier because the house had a wagon, umbrella, and chairs for us to use on the beach. Close enough to walk or bike ride to restaurants, ice cream and souvenir shops. Our first time on the island and can't imagine staying anywhere else if we return :)
