Sail on Inn to this amazing property! This property has undergone a complete renovation inside and out. Lanai cages and screens are still being installed, painting is taking place in some exterior areas. Be our first renter and experience our newly renovated property.

This one bedroom Riverside Club condo offers the best views of the Marco Island Sunsets. The condo has been updated from top to bottom with designer furnishings and is ready for your getaway. All finishes are designer quality and are sure to impress. From the comfortable king bed, to the modern chic kitchen and iving room - complete with a fireplace - no detail is left untouched to offer you the best experience in Paradise. Included are two comfortable twin size air beds for additional guests.

Enjoy the best views of one of the two pool and hot tub areas; this condo overlooks the Marco River from the lanai. The lanai is the perfect place to catch the morning sunrise, watch dolphins play, and wave to boat traffic while enjoying a meal or a cocktail.

The condo is also equipped with a remote workspace for those that need to keep up with work while away.

The Riverside Club's location is ideal for guests looking to walk to shopping in Olde Marco as well as some of the most popular restaurants on the island, including the Snook Inn, Cafe de Marco, Bistro Soleil, Smith House, Lee Be Fish Co, Old Marco Pub, and Zaza's Kitchen. We had a great time! Completely renovated unit looking out at the water. It's a beautiful area in a great location on Marco Island, the two pools are heated which is nice, the screened in lanai is nice, there are 5-6 great restaurants within a 5-minute walk from the complex. I would highly recommend renting this unit-you will love it!

We loved our stay here and were sad when it was time to leave. The condo was very clean and it had everything we could possibly need. I liked that it was modern and updated. It also had good appliances. My favorite was the view. It was so pretty and relaxing. Also the host was fabulous! I can’t say enough good things about this home!

Very nice complex, quiet for the most part non season, pool beautiful, unit very nice but missing knives for carving & bread knife, only found steak knives. Too many decorative pillows with no place to put them.

Beautiful condo, walking distance to Snook Inn, beaches and more

Inside, the furniture is comfortable, and everything feels clean and well-maintained. It really is beautifully decorated with a beach vibe in every room and even a lovely fireplace. My favorite part was the balcony. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the water was the perfect way to start and end the day. We rented e-bikes and explored the island. The condo was nicely located to go to a number of interesting places, like Snook Inn and Tigertail beach. We also got a few games of pickleball in right on the property. This was a nice bonus!

Wonderful stay in a Beautiful Space!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful Condo and would stay again. Loved the location and walking distance to some great restaurants and hand out stops. Boardman is a great spot for nightly live music and we loved the food at the Snook inn. The best part of the Condo is the Comfortable patio that we used almost the entire time. We will be Back!

Clean and Beautiful Condo

My husband and I stayed here for 6 nights. The condo is clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is newly remodeled with up to date appliances, counters and cabinets. The kitchen was well stocked for your basic week of cooking. The king size bed was comfortable. Bathroom was also very clean and up to date. This is probably the cleanest Vrbo we have stayed in, I didn’t see any dust anywhere. The lanai was absolutely amazing, we had coffee there every morning and ate most meals out there that we made while we were there. The host Karen, was responsive when we asked for anything. The chairs and umbrella were a great touch for the beach. The umbrella in the condo was broken when he we got there and Karen was able to provide us with one that wasn’t broken while we were there. The condo building was quiet, the only time we noticed any noise was when boats came by with music, which only lasted a minute. The construction is mainly done, all they were doing while we were there was the building a sea wall, but I never noticed any noise. Karen has a book of places to see an eat when you arrive, so make sure you read through that when you get there, it was great for our trip.

Family holiday

Property was ideal location and beautiful on the inside. Very comfortable. Complex is going thru construction on the outside so just be aware. Didn’t impact our sleep or stay. We would book again!
