This lovely Marco Island pool home is walking distance to the beach as well as some of the best restaurants and shops on the island! As you enter the spacious home, you'll notice the open living areas with soaring ceilings as your eyes are drawn to the screened-in lanai surrounded by lush, tropical foliage. With three bedrooms plus an enclosed den with a twin bed and a twin trundle, the home comfortably sleeps eight people, making it an ideal family or group getaway. The home is fully equipped with everything you need, and then some! It includes:

Beautiful home

My family had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean when arriving. The online pictures were spot on how the rooms looked. The pool was great. I loved the small details, including night lights in the bathrooms and kitchen, and charging stations on the night stands. Plenty of beach and bathroom towels. Ample amount of beach supplies, including a wagon, multiple umbrellas and chairs, beach toys, and coolers. Definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful home in a perfect spot

This is one of my favourite VRBO properties ever. Spacious, comfortable, convenient, well appointed, etc. beautiful pool, 15 minute walk to the south entrance to the beach. Lots of great shops and restaurants in walking distance. Hosts are professional and helpful.

Very nice home.

Great place, best we have rented in Marco so far and worth the price. Wonderfully quiet neighborhood and easy walk to beach. This home is well maintained. The office was very handy for keeping up on work emails and taking a few urgent calls.

Excellent Property

This property had absolutely everything we needed to enjoy our stay and was extremely clean. Kitchen was fully stocked and the home was very spacious for our family of seven. The best part was all the beach equipment, chairs, towels, and a wagon, which made it so easy to walk to the beach, which was only eight minutes. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Beach access was easy as well. Would definitely rent this property again.

Great family retreat

Overall very good. House perfect for large family. Only downside is very far from the beach. Pool was great for the kids. Had to buy more beach toys. The wagon was good for the walk to the beach. Couldnt t find a cheese grater or any baking items I.e, cookie sheets. Muffin tins. Etc. Overall, great house.

Fantastic stay with family in Marco Island

One of the most impeccable properties I've stayed at through Vrbo! Amazing communication with the property manager pre-check in AND during our stay. Super quick to respond and very accommodating. The house itself was perfect for our family of 4 adults and 2 young children. Every detail was well thought out and the amenities (especially the bikes and beach supplies) were everything we could have needed during our stay. Location was great, especially since we had never been to Marco Island. Less than a 10 minute walk in one direction to the public access beach, and shops/dining in the other direction. Everything in the house was in pristine condition. Pool was awesome. Can't say enough good things and will definitely stay here again if in the area!

Wonderful stay

This home is spotless and well equipped from the kitchen to beach items. The location is perfect... quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the beach. The layout was perfect for two couples. The management is very responsive. We loved it and hope to stay again!

House was clean and had plenty of what we needed. Only issue that we came across was a few of the locks in the home need to be fixed on the sliding glass door and the door to the garage. Although this seems to be a safe neighborhood, we still would like all doors to lock properly . Other than that we had a great time! Would def recommend

Perfect Week

What a great week we spent at Casa Turquesa. We were two families of four adults and four kids. The house and bed linens were very clean. There were extra pillows and blankets in the master closet for the office daybed and trundle mattresses; as well as a pack and play for our toddler. We made breakfast every morning with the well stocked pots, pans, and utensils. We’d pack up the wagon and cart with the beach chairs, towels, toys, coolers, umbrellas/pop-up shelter, boogie board, and pool noodles to walk to the beach which was the perfect distance for the kids with no complaints. We loved seeing the burrowing owl dens on the way too. We’d return from the beach for lunch, rinse off under the outdoor shower head, and load up the grill which was nice and clean and had a full tank with a spare. The pool was beautiful and the patio had plenty of furniture for all of us to lounge on. We did our best to keep the noise level down but with four kids in the pool it tends to get loud. There were no complaints from any one during our stay. You’re no more than a ten minute drive to any restaurant on the island with plenty within walking distance. There’s also two bikes provided to explore. We rented a pontoon boat for the day and rode up to Keeywaydin to go shelling and it was the highlight of the week. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the week with old friends.

Strongly Recommend

Pleasantly surprised regarding accuracy of the listing to the actual rental. My greatest concern of cleanliness was met as well. An issue we had was taken care of promptly. Pool was the greatest attraction for my grandchildren but they enjoyed the beach as well. It was approximately 0.5 mile walk but allowed us to dry off so we could dust off remaining sand before reaching house. Grandchildren also loved the close convenience of Beebe ice cream shop! We highly recommend and would rent again.

Great location and comfy beds!

We stayed here during Spring Break. We absolutely loved it. The location was great, the pool was perfect and warm, there was plenty of space in the house for all 8 of us, and it was very clean. The beds in the house are very comfortable and they provide plenty of pillows. The house is located right in the middle of both public access points to the beach, we preferred going to the one on the left, it was less crowded. The house provided all beach gear you would need, plenty of chairs, umbrellas and the wagons and coolers were extremely helpful. We would take day trips to the Everglades and Key West and the coolers made it easy to pack our lunches. The backyard outdoor area and the pool are the highlight of this house, it is spacious and has fun floaties and cornhole even. We hooked up our music to the house speakers and loved grilling and hanging out especially during the night. I highly recommend this house and would stay here again.

Best Vacation Spot!

Easy booking, great communication with this lovely owner in his spotless, beautiful, enerously stocked and comfortable home. He has everything there that you could possibly need- EVERYTHING! And the pool.....spectacular! The beach is walking distance to a pristine beach of families. Restaurants are also right there. Walmart or Publix for easy stocking up of foods and snacks are also a quick ride. We had bikes delivered to they house [and they pick them up too] so everyone could get around; breakfast, happy hour, the beach, whatever. Thank you, Mark, for making this such a wonderful family experience! You made all this possible! We really needed the break and bringing our entire family there made this a trip we won't forget. Girls trip to celebrate our 50th Birthdays!

Wonderful Property for first time travelers to Ft. Myers! The house had a perfect set up for 5 adult women. Plenty of room and all the things we needed for trips to the beach. The only thing I would say, was the pool was a bit dated (?) While the pool company came, and it was clean... it could really use a good scrubbing. But that really is the only thing I would suggest it needed. We would definitely rent this house again! The property manager was very communicative with us and wanted to make sure we had a good experience.
