Island Oasis-Waterfront Pool home! 10 min walk to the beach!

Come and relax on this slice of heaven on Marco Island! This is our home away from home, and we hope you make it yours too. The home has beautiful wide water views from most of the rooms with 2,100 square feet of bright indoor living space! Enjoy a 10 minute stroll to white-sand beaches, shopping, movie theater, mini-golf, restaurants, and much more! The large, screened lanai offers a private heated pool with direct views of the waterways, enjoying sun for most of the day.

This home has 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a memory foam king-size bed and an en-suite which is a perfect escape after a day of water activities or sight-seeing. A set of bunk beds and a memory foam queen bed in the second bedroom offer a haven for either kids and teenagers, or nice a private space for a family of 4, where they can sleep closely, but comfortably. The third bedroom has yet another memory foam king-size bed to ensure all guests can relax in their own space after a fun filled day of outdoor activities.

The kitchen, dining room, living and family room all have spectacular water views. The house features a beautiful, bright kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a four-burner electric cook top; perfect for cooking for the whole house. Sit down in the family room to relax and watch some TV; You will have access to Netflix, Hulu and Disney+!

Step outside to the large lanai and enjoy the breathtaking open water views. Whether you choose to do some grilling, jump in the pool, or just sit and relax on the chaise loungers, you will feel all your worries slipping away.

The home also has a deck, which routinely offers sights of passing boats, manatees, dolphins, manta rays and various types of fish. We encourage fishing from the deck or bring your boat and take advantage of the world-class fishing available in the nearby waters of the Gulf! With almost direct access out to the Gulf, boaters will be out in the open ocean in no time!

South Marco beach is a 10 minute straight walk away, as well as multiple dining and entertainment options in Marco Walk Plaza!

-Pet fee: $150. Please note that pets are not allowed on beds and there will be a $100 charge if fur is found on any of the beds.

- Dogs are not allowed in the pool. There will be a $200 charge if pet fur is found in the pool/filter.

NOTES:

1. We have a weekly pool service/maintenance and biweekly lawn care service. Please be advised that these contractors will be on the exterior of the property to ensure that the required maintenance and upkeep is up to standards.

2. We offer starter supplies for our guests (coffee k-cups, paper towels, toilet paper, a few garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent pods, toiletries, etc.) and the guest will need to purchase any additional supplies needed for the rest of their stay.

3. We have a security camera on the exterior only (over the garage facing the driveway) as well as a security/ring camera doorbell. We do not monitor these cameras after you have arrived except for safety purposes only and for ensuring adherence to our occupancy rules. Absolutely no cameras are anywhere inside the house. Turning off or manipulating the WiFi or security system will result in immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
