The space

Welcome to your perfect lakeside retreat on the picturesque Marco Island, Florida. This stunning home offers everything you need for an unforgettable getaway, blending modern luxury with classic Florida charm. Get ready for viewing sunsets over the lake with a glass of wine while the kids have a blast in the in-ground pool. Our home offers chic elegance and comfort for families, groups, and couples looking for the ideal Florida getaway near beaches and Marco Island’s many attractions including being able to walk to Marco's amazing Farmer's Market. We emphasize outdoor living with a covered bar and dining area, and lots of places to lounge and take in the unrivaled Florida weather. Step inside to enjoy the A/C and updated furnishings in every room.



Living Areas



The welcoming living area features chic, contemporary décor with ample seating and entertainment options, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventuring. The coastal vibes are guaranteed to get you into vacation mode right away. Kick off your shoes and relax on the comfortable couch or loveseat adorned with lots of fluffy throw pillows. Choose a great movie on the massive flat-screen TV and invite everyone in for an epic movie night complete with popcorn. Clean whites and serene blues make this space feel cheery and bright.



Kitchen & Dining



Gleaming and bright, the state-of-the-art full kitchen is stocked with modern appliances and granite countertops, providing you with all the tools needed to create your favorite cuisine in style. Everything here is top-notch and designed to make cooking and meal prep a breeze. Included is a full-size stove with oven, dishwasher, 4-door refrigerator, toaster, an under-counter microwave, and blender. We provide basic spices, paper goods, and chic tableware to make any meal feel special. A large picture window looks out to the pool deck and beyond that the lake. Be sure to start your day at the adjacent coffee station that provides a drip machine to get you your caffeine fix any way you like.



Grab a seat at the granite-top bar’s woven seagrass stools for a quick breakfast or to keep the chef company. When it’s time to eat, serve your meals in the open dining area at a lovely rustic dining set that seats six. With glass doors that showcase the pool area and let in the dazzling natural light, it’s a delightful place to share food and friendship.



Bedrooms & Baths



Featuring three tastefully decorated bedrooms, this home comfortably sleeps up to six guests (we even provide two rollaway beds for extra accommodations.). The primary suite boasts a king-sized bed and an inviting atmosphere, with stylish white furnishings and touches that remind you of the sun, ocean, and sand of the nearby beaches. Catch up on your favorite show before bedtime on the 32-inch TV or just step out through your sliding glass door and directly into the pool area for a late-night dip under the stars.



The ensuite primary bath is modern and upscale and is sure to make you feel pampered from head to toe. Step into the beautifully-tiled shower with multiple shower heads and a bench for a spa-like experience. The sleek dual vanity has room for all your essentials and bright lighting for flawless makeup application.



The other two bedrooms each have queen beds, offering a cozy retreat for everyone.

In addition, there is a beautifully designed shared bathroom with shower and single vanity.



Outdoor Amenities



Our eye-catching screened-in pool area serves as your personal refuge, where you can cool off in the pool, soak up some sun, or simply gaze out at the lake through the lush landscaping. With a comfortable outdoor lounge space, this tranquil setting is perfect for spending quality time with family and friends.



Fire up the grill and cook up some of the freshest seafood you’ll ever experience. Nothing beats grilled fish or veggies. And you can enjoy your meals in the outdoor dining area, which offers shade and cool breezes from ceiling fans.

The Neighborhood:

If you’re in need of a beach getaway and want a small-town vibe, Marco Island perfectly fits the bill. Its location in Southwest Florida is the ideal homebase to check out pristine Gulf Coast beaches, watersports, wildlife, golfing and out-of-this-world dining. It’s the largest island of the area known as the Ten Thousand Islands, and opportunities abound to get out on the water and into the dazzling Florida sunshine.



Grab the sunscreen and a towel and head to Tigertail beach to experience the clear warm gulf water and sparkling white sand beach. It’s a nature lover’s haven with birds galore, seashells, and marine life and is popular for kayaking and paddleboarding. Rentals are available right there on the beach. If you feel the need to get a closer look at marine mammals, take a full or half-day boat tour to spot some bottlenose dolphins around the Ten Thousand Islands National Wildlife Refuge. For spotting land-based creatures, Otter Mound Preserve has a great walking trail through a shaded forest habitat that many animals call home.



Marco Island is rich in history and culture, and you can learn more about the area and its former inhabitants at the Marco Island Historical Museum. Or get in touch with your creative side at the Marco Island Center for the Arts, where you can see art, and then make some in one of many classes offered by the center.



Dining in Marco Island runs the gamut from casual beachy eateries to upscale dining. For a phenomenal farm-to-table dining experience, try The Boulevard, serving up daily specials and fan favorites with ingredients sourced from local farms.



For those looking for a little retail therapy, Marco Island doesn’t disappoint. Stroll the aisles of the famous Farmers’ Market on Wednesdays, where vendors sell flowers, food, and local crafts. Visit Marco Walk Plaza to browse upscale beachy souvenirs in boutique shops or grab some ice cream or a meal at one of the well-loved local haunts. For the latest in beach attire, check out Marco Island Beach Company or Beachworks. They’ll have you looking like a local in no time.

Most guests have a personal vehicle, though Uber/Lyft/taxis are available. The closest airport is Fort Myers Airport (RSW) which is 47 miles away.

We loved staying here! The house had everything we needed and more. Location was perfect! The kids loved the pool; just wish there was a wagon to take to the beach. The house was beautiful and the showers were amazing. We would definitely stay again.
