Look no further for a fantastic family friendly beach getaway - The Sea Turtle is it! This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house has everything you'll need to enjoy modern Florida living. You'll appreciate the comfortable beds and ample seating, as well as thoughtful amenities including a TV in every room, dining for six, and a work space. Outside, you'll feel as if you and your companions are the only guests at an exclusive tropical resort. The perimeter of the property is surrounded by lush foliage, offering the utmost in privacy and beauty. The open air lanai is equipped with nearly every outdoor amenity including a heated (and chilled - for our summer guests! Additional fee applies.) pool, a fire pit, an outdoor shower, plus yard games like corn hole and bocce ball. You only want to go inside to sleep! (Or maybe not since the lounge chairs are incredibly comfy!) With its cozy yet open gathering areas, both indoors and out, you will be amazed how quickly The Sea Turtle will feel like home and make you want to return year after year. The home includes:

- Two twin XL beds with option to convert to king in second guest bedroom

Fantastic stay

Superschöner Aufenthalt in einem extrem gepflegten, toll ausgestatteten und "very cozy" Haus! Der Pool samt Terrasse sind wunderschön, einzig der Grill erschien lange nicht benutzt. Wir waren das erste Mal in Marco Island und haben die Insel samt der TraumstrĂ€nde sehr gemocht. Die nĂ€here Umgebung (rund um den Golfplatz) und Richtung Ort sind auch super; Supermarkt & Co. waren sogar fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Fazit: Wir wĂŒrden Sea Turtle sofort immer wieder buchen!

accurate and pleased

there were no surprises. Very pleased with home and mostly the outdoor lounge and pool area. We did have a concern with equipment and was promptly taken care of. I wish it would be on a less traveled road but inside you did not hear the street traffic. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall i thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Sea Turtle. The home was very comfortable, loved the pool and backyard! The only issue was the air conditioning that didn’t really cool the house down during the day when the temperature got really hot outside.

Hidden Paradise!!

This location was absolutely fantastic. Do not let the street proximity fool you, it was very quiet. Even the bedroom nearest the road had no issues with noise. The house was well kept and clean. Great stock of pool and beach items in the garage. We were able to walk to several local restaurants and shops. For those locations further away, we drove which was really easy. Or you could rent golf carts to get around. We did daily excursions to fish, hit the beach, Keewaydin Island, shelling,... And every time we returned; we dove right into that pool only jumping out to go get dinner. Lots of great places to eat! Or make the trek back up the coast to Naples for some finer dining and shopping. Now back to the back yard. It was fenced it really well. My doggos loved it and I was not concerned at all that they would get out. The seating area was fantastic, and the yard was well maintained. Did I mention the pool?! It was awesome. Various noodles and flotation items in the garage. We soaked for hours day and night! It was always hard to get out. The salt water was perfect. The temperature was perfect. We played games and had a blast. My grumpy teenagers (aren't they all) who seldom find that parents do anything correctly, felt this was the best vacation we had ever taken, and they made it clear that it was because of the house and pool. Relaxing, fun and quiet spiced up by the activities. Definitely a do again vacation, and absolutely this house!

Sea turtle vacation

We had a great vacation stay at the sea turtle perfect location to walk to resteraunts , Publix , Walgreens , everything was clean in the rental house and mark was wonderful to work with and always got back to me within 15 min if i had a question ! We will definitely book again

WONDERFUL STAY

This property was exactly what we where looking for to relax with family and friends. Close walking distance to shops and restaurants, and close driving distance to the beach. Our dog BEAR loved it also since we could walk him everywhere. Pool is great to relax and kids love it! Great Vacation.

Comfortable and convenient to everything

We spent six weeks at the Sea Turtle; our grown children each visited for short stays. None of us felt crowded in the house. There is heavy traffic on Collier Blvd, but Sea Turtle is amazingly quiet, and traffic noise was not a distraction in the private backyard and pool. We were able to get out and walk most days; the house is near many shops, and the surrounding residential streets all have sidewalks as well. The property manager was responsive to all our questions and prompt in addressing concerns.

Wonderful dog-friendly and family-friendly property!

Our family of five (+dog) loved our stay at the Sea Turtle! The property was clean, nicely decorated and landscaped, and stocked with everything we needed. It was conveniently located on the main drag of Collier Blvd., but street noise surprisingly wasn't an issue as the house was pretty well soundproofed. We spent most of our time in the backyard and it was amazing. The pool was great (definitely ask ahead what the temp is or just have it heated if during the off-season), and the backyard was equipped with everything: a flat top grill, dining table, lounge chairs, umbrellas, fire pit and seating area, and pool toys. The yard felt very spacious for the size of the lot, plenty of grass, and it was very private with the fence and all the palms. The garage was large and there was an additional concrete slab outside to park or turn around. All beach gear was also included: chairs, umbrella, canopy, wagon, toys, etc. The inside included Amazon Alexa products, Fire TVs in the bedroom, three Sonos speakers, and a large Roku TV in the living room. The kitchen included all utensils/dishes/bakeware/appliances you'd need for your stay, and all starter items were almost enough to get us through six days: trash bags, paper towel, TP, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent. There was a basket of beach towels, which was great, because we went through them like crazy getting in and out of the pool all day. We understand that people come each week for pool and yard maintenance, and know they sometimes just show up whenever, but my only suggestion for management is see if they're able to communicate with you when they'll be there if guests are going to be there so the guests can be made aware. We were all in the pool enjoying ourselves when the pool person showed up in the backyard unexpectedly and we all had to get out. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and it was perfect for us and our three kiddos (4, 3, 10 mos). We were so grateful we were able to bring our dog along, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property. Mark was a great host and very responsive and helpful, and we would definitely book with Mark/iTrip again. We are already planning another trip for the spring! Thanks for helping to make our first trip to Marco Island such a wonderful experience!

Nice house for a family vacation

We stayed at the house for 5 days. Nice house, 3 comfortable bedrooms. Main bedroom with bathroom inside which has access to the pool area too so one could use it during the day while outside. Other bathroom is inside the house and it's shared by other 2 rooms. House is located on a main avenue so I could get a little noisy while being at the pool in the back of the house but nothing important. 10 min drive to the beach and really close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants

Beautiful Property/Felt Like a Prisoner

First off let me start with saying that Marco Island was beautiful and we loved it. My wife and 16 year old daughter and me stayed at the house with my two sisters and brother in law. All over the age of fifty except for our 16 year old. After checking in to the property and deciding to go for a swim, out we went. Within ten minutes of swimming we received this text from the property manager "I’m getting a noise alert from the lanai and wanted to make sure you are aware of the 24 hour noise ordinance on Marco. If the cops are called, you’ll be facing a fine. Thank you in advance for your cooperation." We were totally shocked because all that we had causing noise was normal conversation and a very small Bluetooth speaker. After investigating we discovered that there were sensors measuring noise levels on the property. Which is not cool. We all felt like "what else are they listening to". Shame on them. I fully understand that their are noise ordinances on Marco Island that the property manager clearly states in the welcome book. But if you read the ordinance it states that you cannot have more than a normal adult conversation that can be heard from the neighbors home. Which is 50 feet away. "WOW" how is that for a vacation killer. Beautiful pool that you can't enjoy due to not being able to communicate above a normal adult conversation... next was the air conditioning. If you require temperature to be cooler than 76 degrees during daylight hours, "you are out of luck" the guest information book clearly states that you cannot turn the temperature below 72 degrees. Because they are controlling it. Temperature never got below 76 degrees inside the house during daylight hours and never below 72 during the night, so hot nobody could sleep at night. If you can live with this, and feel it is acceptable that your temperature comfort level is being controlled by the property manager then you will be fine. If not, stay elsewhere. And why did i pay a cleaning fee when it is clearly stated that if you leave more than a load of laundry that I will be charged. Not acceptable, why am I paying a cleaning fee if I am doing all the cleaning. Pool was cleaned on our last day at the property. It shocked us to discover that the pool had been so dirty and green. Let me end by saying that this is a beautiful property with loads of potential, but I won't ever be staying here again.
