Rates are as follows: $750 for one week, $650 per week for two weeks, $600 per week for three weeks, and $575 per week for four weeks or longer.

Inside, the spacious living room features a large, comfy sectional, additional couch and chairs surrounding an electric fireplace, and an entire sliding wall of glass opening the living room to the lanai, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Nearby, a relaxing family room offers another inviting couch and bean bag chairs facing the television, along with air hockey, shuffleboard, and a foosball table for friendly competitions that bring everyone together.
