Very nice exterior especially the pool area.Plenty of room inside with all the necessary kitchen Items. Beds were very comfortable.Good internet with plenty of viewing options.Some cosmetic work needs to be done inside,and one of the showers has a slow leak.

Great place, great outside, just needs a couple of adjustments. The bathroom door to the master gets stuck. My 8yr old was locked in as well as myself and my husband. The place was very cute and had everything we needed. One major concern was the sheets and pillows provided. They were not cleaned with hair on them and pee stains on a pillow. They had clean spares, so it was not an issue. Since it’s an open pool concept, a skimmer would be beneficial too. Great house though. We’ve been coming to Marco for over 20yrs and always enjoy our stay.

Marco Relaxation & Fun

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The property has gorgeous landscaping throughout. We enjoyed seeing bunnies and owls daily on the front lawn. The backyard has a large pool and very nice deck. We were able to dock our boat comfortably. The neighborhood is very quiet and pretty, we enjoyed exploring. Would highly recommend this property!

Great stay at this place. Check in was easy, house was clean and well sorted upon arrival. There were a few comments from guests before about not having some basics at the house upon arrival (toilet paper, towels, etc.) but that wasn’t the case when we arrived. Great pool, house had plenty of room for our group of three. Would definitely stay again.

Nice house, great location, nice pool and canal

Overall great stay. The house was very nice and clean. Pros: Great layout. Love the back room for an additional place for the kids to relax and watch tv or play a game at night. Kitchen was a nice layout and worked well Location is excellent and the canal was nice to see different fish and even fish from the edge. Living room is spacious and the dining table is nice and big. Smart tvs in all rooms is nice. Patio with awnings was great to get a little shade. Pool is a nice size and was heated right for the season Outside dining area was nice and shaded. The 2 bikes were nice for the kids. Cons: Beds are very uncomfortable. Master bedroom could use a bigger bed, but a queen is understandable. Living room couch isn’t very comfortable for taller people. There isn’t much for outside or beach equipment. Only 2 chairs and a wagon. On the second day, the pool guy was there and said there was no chlorine in the pool. He added and said we couldn’t use it for 4-6 hours in the middle of a sunny day perfect for the pool. The pool light was also out so it was dark if we decided to swim in the evening. When doing the laundry, the dryer vents inside the garage so it gets very hot and humid in the garage. I had to open the garage door to let heat out. Master bedroom sink had hardly any water pressure. We had no issues with our stay and we were happy with everything. I would recommend this house to anyone looking. Any of my cons were not terrible and we were able to deal with

Great House but felt like I was being scolded before we arrived.

Coming from current rental home owners elsewhere: Good- House was clean, fairly well stocked. Clear instructions were emailed. There were plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen was well stacked and also had room for food brought in. Water pressure was great, showers work clean and nice. Loved that the bathrooms had shelves and empty baskets for guests use. There were plenty of beach towels. There was laundry soap and dishwasher soap so we didn't have to purchase any. There was a hair dryer & coffee maker w/ filters. Pool was clean. Lots of places to sit outside. Two bikes in the garage to use as well as a a full size cooler, A wagon & beach chairs. Could improve- Communication felt a little bit like a third grade teacher scolding us about what we could and couldn't do on vacation before we got there... Repeatedly sending emails & texts regarding the quiet time on the island and when trash & recycle days were, where NOT to park, and other Rules, And then it was posted in the kitchen, and in the packet we picked up from Horizon. The house could use a little to TLC, noticed a gap between the master bathroom and the master bedroom wear water from the shower would spill into. Dishwasher needs a couple screws at the top because when you pull out the drawers it tips out. There are a lot of pans that are scratched and rusty. Feels like you could leave an extra pack of TP and a roll of paper towels when guests rent for a week.

Great Christmas Vacation

the house was amazing, and location is right near most of the amenities and restaurants. we had a blast, and the place was very clean. the pool area was amazing, and our family loved hanging out there. Will come back again for sure!

We loved everything about the home except the beds are HORRIBLE>....you can tell there has been a lot of remodel work put in to the home, it's a shame that there is nowhere comfortable to sleep or even relax.

Beautiful home in a well kept and very quiet neighborhood near everything. If your looking for a place to kickback and relax, look no further. The property manager Paul was very helpful and accommodating as well.

Great location, pool could have been little warmer, house well equipped. We had great time and would book again. Has 2 locks on door, unfortunately we left with handle locked, Noone had keys to fit, cost us $75 to get back in...this was only negative.

Loved Marco

This is a beautiful property needing some extra love and care. The place is stunning, the neighborhood and access to everything within minutes. My only concern is the vendors performing cleanliness in the space indoor and outdoor. The beds in two out of the three rooms need changing, not comfortable at all. Otherwise the rest of the space is great.

Peaceful and relaxing

Beautiful home in a very nice quiet neighborhood. Pool was dirty when we first got there but once it was cleaned we enjoyed it a lot with our 3 yr. old granddaughter. This property had very nice landscaping. Lots of different options for sitting outside. We spent lots of time sitting down by the water. This was our first time to Marco and we loved it. We would come back to this property again.

Overall decent home, great curb appeal with nice pool and yard. Lacked attention to detail. A few issues we noticed included unfinished projects, linens were stained, kitchen dishes sparse and all plastic, and barbecue did not fully function.

Much needed relaxation

This home allowed us to relax in a beautiful location and had everything we needed for a few days. The home over looked the swimming pool, patio and canal area. Beautiful setup and the access in/out of the house onto this patio area was plentiful. The home was very clean and had what we needed for our stay. Our only complaint would be the beds
.they were uncomfortable in their firmness/quality of mattress. It would also have been nice to have had a king bed in the master suite. All in all a beautiful home. You do have to drive/park at the public beach access for your beach days. Parking was $10 day. The staff at the rental office was accommodating when our flight was cancelled on our departure day. They allowed us to stay late for 3 hours to help us with our later flight. We enjoyed many delicious meals at the local restaurants!! Marco Steaks & Seafood is well worth the money! Sunset Grill which is oceanfront dining was delicious! If you travel into Naples, try the USS Nemo Seafood - AMAZING food & staff. Enjoy!!
