Newly renovated 1 bed 1 bath 800+ sq feet condo + huge queen size and mega comfy sleeper sofa located inside the gated community Riverside Club. This condo boasts one of Marcos best views. If you enjoy watching boats and yachts of all sizes with the regular bonus of dolphins frolicking about you’ll love this unit, (binoculars provided for close ups.) Many condos on Marco Island squeeze 2 bed 2 bath in the same sq footage. This layout provides you with a very comfortable and open living space so you will not feel cramped. We also provide a workspace for those who need to stay connected, high speed wifi, 2 monitors, comfortable office chair and a desk that can be raised or lowered with the push of a button. If you prefer raise it up to make it a standing desk. The work station has been repositioned near the sliding doors so you can enjoy the view while you work. I’d challenge you to find a better view from a work station đŸ§‘â€đŸ’»đŸŹđŸ›„đŸŒŽđŸŒŠâ˜€ïž. The master has a king size bed with a brand new and very comfortable mattress. Bosch washer dryer combo located in one of the 2 bedroom closets.

You’ll also no doubt enjoy how wonderfully walkable this unit is. Walk to shops, bars, restaurants and rental locations.

Dishwasher didn’t work from the time we arrived made the place smell like fish . Had to have the handyman out 2 times and he did our dishes for us at one point which I thought was thoughtful but gross so had to hand wash everything on top of hand washing our dishes for the week .The place had potential . Also not the cleanest . No Reduction in the rental offered at all which would have stopped me from posting a bad review altogether. We viewed a rental 2 floors up whia

Great amenities within the condo. Some beach equipment there, so no need to lug/purchase your own! Outdoor view right in front of the pool and near the dock! Very clean space. Readily available parking. Would visit again.

Does Not Disappoint

The condo is beautiful, clean and has everything needed for a wonderful holiday. The lanai is a wonderful place to watch the sunrise and daily boat traffic. The pool is a great place to sunbath and relax. There is much to do and see while in Marco. Owners recommendations were spot on. We are already planning our next getaway.

marco island getaway

This property was above and beyond our expectations. they provided us with everything that we needed. clean and very comfortable bed. the luxury leather sofa bed is very comfy. my kids enjoy the pools, fishing at the dock is easy since the bait shop is at the front of the apt. we rent a boat which is next door only. so everything is so easy peasy.. i can see both my kids swimming from the kitchen/porch. overall im very very satisfied.. i will be back for sure.

Family Getaway

We cannot say enough good things about our stay! Everything was extremely clean & the location was wonderful! We loved the proximity to the pool & the property is beautiful! The condo was stocked extremely well with plenty of beach accessories, towels, kitchen necessities, etc! We ended up extending our stay another night because we loved it so much! We cannot wait to go back and will not hesitate to stay here again!

Amazing view

What a surprise this property was! The view from the back of the unit is so beautiful! We were able to sit outside and eat dinner with the screened in porch. The pool was always clean and there are some cute little restaurants within walking distance. Be aware that you need the fab to get in and out of the gate if you go for a walk and that the rental office is only open from 9-5 in the event you need them for anything. The beaches are private, so if you want to go to the beach there is only a small area to do so.

Perfect Island Getaway

Property was as pictured. Immaculate and comfortable. Hosts provided everything needed and more. Easy access to pool/hot tub and gorgeous views of the water. We did see dolphins! Property manager was extremely responsive.

50th Birthday Get Away

Beautifully appointed unit with great views! Enjoyed eating breakfast on the lanai each day and watching the boat activity! Dolphins made an appearance in late afternoon and evening! Loved the quiet location and enjoyed swimming in the pool! Very relaxing and restful unit with great views! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

We loved this property. The location was great. Close to many restaurants, bars, shopping and the beach. I loved all the added 'touches' like the jewelry holder in the bedroom, the WI-FI password and area recommendations board hanging up, the beach cart, beach chairs, fishing poles and tackle. All the beach towels and extra towels in the room along with a lot of hangers for your clothes. I love how their were many extra pillows as well! The actual location of the room was awesome! We would sit out on the lanai and have a perfect view of the water. One day I even saw a couple dolphins swim by. I loved to walk out on the dock as well to get an even closer view of the water. Everything about the stay was perfect. I would definitely stay here again if we visited Marco Island!

Wonderful stay!

Great condo, facilities and location. We were traveling with two kids, 8 & 12, lots for them to do (pool, fishing off the dock, watching for dolphins- which we did see!) and we could keep an eye on them from the balcony. The pullout sofa is the most comfortable we’ve seen, no bars in your back - sleeps like a bed. Host is responsive. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Spot

Overall this was a good experience with a rough start. Make sure you get the gate code before you arrive. We had to call Tyler who promptly got it to us. Sadly, when we arrived late in the evening, our condo had not been cleaned from the previous guest. We had to wait for 40 minutes for the housekeeper to arrive and another hour for her to clean. We were told we would be compensated for this inconvenience (they offered to pay for dinner while we waited but we were not interested in going back out) but none came. After this rough start, our stay was great. The condo has a great view, was quite, and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice. The location was awesome, away from the "hotel" area of the island but close to everything. Tyler was very responsive when we needed something.
