THE MAX OCCUPANCY OF THIS UNIT IS FIVE (regardless of the information on the application form itself); PARTIES GREATER THAN FIVE WILL BE DENIED ACCESS PER CONDO ASSOCIATION RULES. The Application fee for check-in dates at least 10 days prior to arrival = $154.80. Guest will pay application fee AFTER booking.
