Marco Island Basic Rules:
We hope you have a wonderful time on Marco Island. We ask that you be mindful of the neighbors around you. While you are on vacation, they are full time residents, and not on vacation with you.

Marco Island has a strict noise ordinance which is in place 24 hours a day. Should the police go out to the property you are renting and a noise violation is issued, it will be your responsibility to pay it. Fines start at 250.00 and rise to 500.00 for a second violation. Eviction for repeated noise violations can occur.

Parking is limited passenger cars and trucks only and to the driveway and garage (if available). There is no street, ditch or yard parking! RVs, boats, boat trailers and trailers of any kind are prohibited in driveways overnight by City ordinance. No vehicle or trailer can block a sidewalk or extend into the street. Police will ticket for these offenses. Off premise RV, boat and trailer parking can be found on island at Marco Self Storage or Extra Space Storage and elsewhere on and off island. Please make arrangements accordingly.

By City ordinance, trash cans can't be put out to curb before 6 pm on Sundays and Wednesdays for Monday and Thursday morning pick up.

Guests are responsible to follow these ordinances and all City ordinances not listed here and are responsible for any associated tickets of fines imposed by the City or Manager.

This house was absolutely beautiful and the pool area was fabulous. There were plenty of towels, the beds were very comfortable, and the ping pong table was fun. Great location too.

Stayed here with my family and it was so nice having the whole place to ourselves. It was super tidy and well-stocked, and everything just felt fresh. Blue House Retreat is a true hidden gem on Marco Island. The bright, airy home made us feel instantly relaxed. We loved spending time by the private pool and mornings on the lanai. The location is peaceful but close to beaches and restaurants. Everything was clean and comfortable, especially the kitchen. Can't wait to come back!

The property is exactly as the photos. It is big, clean and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, highlight of the property. They were clean and well maintained. I would recommend this property and would stay here again. The bikes and recreational gear in the garage are add bonuses along with the board games in the house.

Just got back from Blue House Retreat and already miss it! The pool and lanai were perfect for relaxing, and the open layout made it feel spacious and homey. Loved the modern kitchen and how close it was to shops, and restaurants. It's peaceful, convenient, and just super easy to enjoy. Definitely coming back!

Great week in Marco

My wife and I, along with my sister and brother-in-law, spent our spring break in Marco Island. We stayed at the Blue House Retreat and it was perfect. The house itself is exactly as advertised, with three great bedrooms and bathrooms. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen area had everything we need for a few home-cooked meals. The highlight of the house is the outdoor area, and that is where we spent most of our time. As for the property management company, Coastal Breeze was top notch. We had a few questions during our stay, and they were friendly and very helpful. Without a doubt, this was a 5-star stay, and the next time we are in Marco we will definitely stay here again.
