We had a fantastic stay at this rental! The house was spotlessly clean and incredibly spacious, giving everyone in our group plenty of room to relax. The amenities were top-notch—everything we could possibly need was already provided. The kids (and adults) enjoyed the arcade and the large screened-in pool area.The location was perfect for exploring the area. To top it off, our host was wonderful and went out of her way to be accommodating and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Beautiful house with pool and arcade! Upon arrival, a dolphin was fishing and playing right off our dock. SO COOL! Very clean home, comfortable beds, well maintained kitchen, and short drive to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The owners/property managers were very responsive to any questions or needs we had. The arcade games are a hoot and great for rainy days or evenings at the house. The TV setup is Roku TV or you can log in to Netflix and others, however no real live TV channels - which can be challenging if you are trying to watch live sports or news. But who needs TV when you have a pool, beach and lots to do??!!? Had a great time and would stay here again in a heartbeat. Beach towels, sand toys and chairs are provided. Bikes are there (2-3), but better to rent bikes if you plan to bike a lot. There is also a dock right in the canal if you want to rent a boat. Easy access to canals, gulf and inland bays. Burrowing owls were at the corner and fun to peek and watch for any bird lovers.

We had an amazing time at The "Fun House", the arcade was great for kids and adults and the pool was spacious and the pool heat worked really well. The house was very comfortable, as were the beds. The hosts were great to work with and were super communicative. We would gladly stay here again!

Absolutely PERFECT for our Family

The property is perfection. We loved the living quarters as it is open and space for everyone. Loved the outside space and waking up each morning hangout there. They absolutely have everything you need. We bought a few more beach chairs and donated to the house as we had 8 people. Martha was great with communication and always responded quickly if we had any questions. Lastly the water pressure was amazing and you don’t always find that! Overall we would definitely recommend.

Fun home for the whole family

The house was great and had something for all ages! We stayed with 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 3, 6, 7, 12) and everyone was happy! Very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms so we never felt crammed or rushed to let someone else use any of the facilities. The pool was a great size and the patio furniture was very nice, comfortable and well taken care of! This is a great home to rent for a family vacation and our kids are already asking to go back! The host was amazing and very accommodating! She was quick to respond to any messages/questions we had! I highly recommend this place!!

Amazing Property!

Martha's home is just wonderful, I can't say enough great things! It is immaculate, spacious and very nicely decorated, yet quite comfortable. The master suite has a huge bathroom and closet. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us to spread out. The kitchen is fantastic and has more than everything you could possibly think of needing. The lanai and pool area are perfect and we spent most of our time just relaxing there. We even saw manatees in the canal on several days. Martha is one of the best hosts we have ever worked with, she is very responsive and goes above and beyond. We noticed on our 2nd night just before dinner that there were no steak knives. Martha responded immediately that there had been some but must have been missing - she ordered new ones that were delivered in less than 30 minutes, in time for our dinner. I highly recommend this property and Martha as a 5-star host!

Fabulous House

Martha’s beautiful home is a perfect getaway for a family getaway. She is a kind and respectful host! She was quick to help and answer all my questions and even give some great recommendations since we were new to that part of Florida. My 2 sons went nuts over the game room. This home is located in quite neighborhood, spacious living areas, sunset views from all the large sliding windows and doors. Great patio and pool area! We did not to leave the house even though it’s very close to food, shopping and the beach! The hidden front patio was my favorite spot to have a morning coffee! Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

Property is very clean and well outfitted. I love that they have some extra basics like TP, paper towels, solo cups, trash, bags, etc. available. The boys (ages 9 & 11) LOVED the arcade and the adults joined in too. They’ve done a great job in their remodel/updates. Thanks Martha!
