1- NO parties or events can be hosted at any property.
2- STRICT fire code occupancy must be adhered to at all properties.
3- There is a $ 100.00 one time parking fee that will need to payed directly to property it covers entire length stay.
4- During SEA TURTLE SEASON May-October the blinds must be shut promptly at 9:00pm to avoid a fine to you by the Magistrate of $550.00 per incident. You may sit on patio there is an Amber light but the blinds to the inside of unit must be closed. 5- NO smoking. 6- NO Pets allowed. 7- NO Events, parties or large gatherings. 8- MUST BE at least 25 years old to book. 9- Register you car to perk in the covered parking for a $100.00 fee. 10- Photo ID may be required upon check-in. 11- This property has a maximum occupancy of 5. 12- Do not have more guest than stated in your reservation. 13- NO Loud Music. 14- We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur white on the premises. 15- We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. 16- Please do not move any of the decorations. 17- No guest are allowed to enter the unit. 18- Only people who are on the reservation are allowed in the unit. IMPORTANT: CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT times are firm. A member of our team will inspect the property on your check-in day and our cleaning crew typically arrives shortly after 12:00pm on your checkout day. If our crews arrive and find you in the property before check-in or after check-out times, We will send you a request for an additional night’s rent. Thank you for your cooperation as we seek to provide the property in a clean and welcoming condition for each guest. 19- People invited to the unit are not accepted, only the people who are included in the reservation at the time they make the booking. 20- If people who are inside the unit move any decoration or furniture, they will be charged an extra charge of $150.00. 21- if you make a reservation for two people and then want to change it for more, you will be charged and additional charge of $ 50.00 per night. 22- The bottles of wine inside the unit are exclusively for decoration, If you take them there will be an additional charge of $ 100.00 per bottle. 23- If you use the cart to go to the beach, you have to leave it clean after use and without sand and leave it in the same condition that you found it. if you leave it dirty and in poor condition you will be charged $ 50.00 and if it is lost or if you break it, you are responsible for paying it in full.
