Il est situé sur un lagon privé qui vous permet de profiter des couchers de soleil spectaculaires de l'ouest de la grande véranda / piscine. Détendez-vous dans ce trÚs confortable et de qualité construit la maison DIVCO qui a été achevée en 2000. Il offre 3 chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bain complÚtes, bureau, salon et grande salle familiale avec vue et plus de vues et wifi gratuit. Pied ou à vélo à Tigertail Beach ou de prendre votre promenade matinale à l'Esplanade pour votre tasse de Joe. Vues abondent et l'emplacement de la maison est idéale.

Peaceful, cozy perfection!This home was exactly - and delightfully beyond - what we were looking for in a comfortable space, a break from the cold at home. Immaculately clean, beautifully appointed, abundantly supplied, and all the details thoroughly thought through.This space is situated in a beautiful and safe neighborhood, pool and direct water access, walking distance from all the restaurants and shops on Marco Island. When we weren't making a cozy dinner in the furnished kitchen or on the grill, CJs at the Esplanade became a favorite place to get our blackened grouper sandwich fix. And make sure you hit Ori's bakery for amazing Argentinian coffee and bakery treats!Thanks to the owners for making the dock available to us! Big Marco Boat Rental (ask for Chris) delivered straight to the house, allowing us to make several excursions to Keewaydin Island and the Winn-Dixie (yup, they have dock access).Attentive and responsive in every way, thanks to the owner for making this the perfect place to call home for a few days. I could not recommend enough.

Doesn't get better!

My family (5 adults) have been renting from Lisa for over 10 years and before we leave Marco we have confirmed our stay for the following year. The home has everything one would want and is so spacious for 5 people. We love the beach but also love to spend time at the pool, lounging on the lanai or fishing off the dock! Can't wait to be back in 2026!

My family stayed in this property for the second time this year, and again it proved to be a wonderful visit. Lisa is in the top tier of VRBO hosts - prompt, organized, kind, and helpful communications. After we checked in, she also sent along thoughtful ideas of exploring new parts of Marco Island. Inside, everything was just as well-stocked and convenient as before. The garage was filled with beach essentials—coolers, chairs, a wagon, pool and beach toys, bikes, and fishing gear—making it easy to enjoy the outdoors. The kitchen had everything we needed for a seamless getaway. The home’s technology also added to the experience, with intuitive music controls by the pool, Firestick-based streaming on all five TVs, and lightning-fast 1GB fiber internet.Another fantastic stay!

This property is top shelf in every respect. It includes everything a person needs to have fun in the local area such as bikes and helmets, fishing equipment, pool toys. The property is well appointed and includes everything needed to enjoy time there. The kitchen in particular has an excellent assortment of utensils, dishes, and appliances. The property manager is very proactive and responsive in communication, and is just a nice person to deal with.

Marco Island vacay

We had a great stay over the New Year’s holiday. Lisa was excellent and very easy to communicate with from the get-go. We have stayed in a number of rental homes on Marco Island over the years and this was one of the best locations. We could ride bikes to the Esplanade or to the restaurants along the main drag. We also were able to walk to Tigertail Beach. We did take advantage of the dock and rented a boat for a few days from big Marco and it was the perfect location to boat to CJ‘s, Island gypsy and Keewaydin Beach. As previous reviews have indicated, all necessary items were available for us to cook in house or to go out for a boat or beach run. Thank you for your hospitality Lisa!Jeff

Fabulous vacation home

We had a wonderful time staying at this home. It was so well-equipped with absolutely everything we needed for a week, including a well-stocked kitchen. The house is well-designed so that every room is light and bright with nice views. The pool was heated and great for swimming. The high temps when we were there in December were around 72 to 77, and swimming was great. The dock is so convenient. We had three kayaks delivered on the first day and it was easy to get in the kayaks and go explore. We loved being able to fish from the dock as well. The owner Lisa has detailed instructions for everything and was always available if we had any questions. We also loved the bikes which were in great shape and fun to ride around the area. The location of this house is excellent, close to Tigertail Beach access and also close to grocery stores, shops, and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Location, Location, Location

The floor plan of the house is great. The master is on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms on the opposite. The kitchen is well stocked and there are numerous size bicycles in the garage. The pool area is nice with a good canal view. If you like walking, the Esplanade and other places are close by. You should give this house a try. We are sure you will be pleased.

Everything you could want!

The first thing you notice is such a lovely neighborhood. Then when you enter, the house it is pristine. I am fairly picky about cleanliness and I had no complaints at all. We arrive late at night and the first thing we noticed was the beautiful pool with a lighted waterfall and the lights on the canal. It was magical. The house is spacious and inviting, with the best stocked kitchen I have ever experienced in a rented house! The bed in the primary bedroom was a tempurpedic and sooo comfortable. The amenities are many. I will probably forget to mention some, but they had 6 bikes of different sizes, so easy to find one to fit. Helmets, tire pumps and locks provided. The area is perfect for biking and everything is so close... grocery, restaurants, tourist sites, etc. There is a private boat dock that you can use for a rental boat, fishing gear, pool toys, beach chairs... it goes on and on! Lisa and Hakan are so responsive and friendly but totally non-intrusive. Check in and check out were a breeze. Lisa had many recommendations and really takes the time to make sure you enjoy the island. One inside tip: if you walk or bike or drive to Tigertail Beach, make sure you take a look at the map of the area that is there and realize you can walk across the lagoon (thigh deep at highest) and down a path to the Gulf. Beautiful wide beach there. Don't think that Tigertail Beach is it! Don't look any further. Book this place. You will not regret it!

Beautiful Marco Island Property!

My family and I had a wonderful two week stay at this property. In fact it’s our second visit within a few years. The house is beautiful and upon entering you are hit with a spectacular view of the pool and the waterway! Loved the screened in pool and having a private pool is a big plus. We also enjoyed the bikes and the beautiful surrounding neighborhoods for walking. Lisa is a highly responsive host as well and has everything organized for a relaxing time away from home. High marks for this quality home and host!

Absolute comfort

My young family and I recently visited this property for 1 week and it was a fun and relaxing visit through and through. We grilled, we swam, we went on walks, we relaxed, and this property was everything we needed and more. Lisa was kind in all of our communications and responsive when we had questions. There is so much about this property that is thoughtfully designed, you can tell it is certainly cared for very well. The screen over the pool/Lanai has actually been updated since the pictures were taken in this VRBO post. The new screen over the pool area is designed in a way that there are no structural pillars obscuring the beautiful view of the lagoon (we saw dolphins in the lagoon a handful of times). Inside, the amenities are as described: the garage was stocked with coolers, beach chairs, beach wagon, pool/beach toys, bikes, fishing rods/tackle. The kitchen with also equipped with everything you cold need for a great getaway. The technology in the house included a very intuitive way to get music playing by the pool, convenient firestick-based streaming/TV across all 5 screens in the house, and 1GB symmetric fiber internet. We’re definitely looking forward to a return visit.

Wonderful Home with Fantastic SW Views

My family and I stayed at this beautiful waterfront home. The SW exposure over the calm lagoon made for perfect sunsets while relaxing in the pool after a lovely day at Tigertail beach. The house is well maintained, spotless and the owners are so friendly. I strongly recommend this home and we hope to return next season.

GREAT HOME, GREAT LOCATION!!

My husband and I have leased this home numerous times and have throughly enjoyed each stay. We love that the home is always extremely clean, maintained with a well stocked kitchen. It’s is great having the master bedroom and large master bath on one side of the house, which provides total privacy. If you have guest, the other two bedrooms and two baths are on the other side and can be closed off with a pocket door. We like that we can park our SUV in the garage, along with numerous bicycles that are provided. We enjoy the pool area with the waterfall and mounted television. It is also nice that our friends can pick us up on the boat dock. We will continue to lease this home every year and highly recommend it. Lisa and Hakan are the best and are always there if an issue would arise, which is very unlikely.

Awesome home and location for a family vacation

This home is everything as advertised in the listing! It was exceptionally clean and had everything you will need to enjoy your time in Marco. The pool was beautiful and very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was stocked with any dishes or appliances you would need. Our family loved the home so much they preferred it over being on the beach. You are very close to Tigertail beach so can go to beach very easily for the day or shellling but then come back and use the pool and enjoy the deck. Lisa and Hakan are so nice and friendly. Very responsive and easy to get ahold of with suggestions for the area or to answer any questions. I will definitely bring my family back! Loved our 2 weeks here and in Marco.

Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. The weather was perfect. The house met our needs well. Our family enjoyed the common areas by the pool and in the family room/kitchen. We fished off the dock and caught some fish. The house is well located to do a number of activities in the area. We rode the bikes that were provided to the Tigertail Beach area. Lisa did an excellent job communicating with us before, during, and after the trip. She was a great host. Some bathing suits inadvertently got left in a drawer, and Lisa mailed them back to us without blinking an eye. The rental process worked as we expected with no issues.

You Can't Top this Marco Island Gem

This home is just perfect. We had the best time here and would absolutely return. If you are looking for first class home that is spacious, immaculate, and allows for utter relaxation, this is it. Enjoy the sound of the waterfall in the pool and the views of the sunsets, greet dolphins in the lagoon, or sit on the dock and enjoy a cocktail. Plenty of bikes for a family ride and great sidewalks for your morning walk. Close to all beaches and restaurants. Best spot to enjoy Marco Island. I've rented many homes in the past, and this is at the top of the list.

We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous home. We have rented many homes in the past, and this one is at the top of the list in all categories. Super clean, amazing view, responsive hosts, fully stocked kitchen, warm pool, and gorgeous décor. I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful property located in an cul de sac. Excellent location within 1/2 mile of the tiger tail beach and Esplanade restaurants or cook at home with a private, long south west views. Can’t wait to come back to between our cruses.
