Fines start at 250.00, and move to 500.00, for a second visit. Also note that the "maximum occupants" per unit, is just that, the MAXIMUM. This means that no more than the maximum limit are allowed on property anytime of the day or night. You are NOT allowed guests that would exceed the maximum capacity identified by the Owners. Furthermore, there are TWO vehicles allowed per rental. No more. Parking is prohibited on the swales and can NOT obstruct sidewalks.

The property worked for what we needed. It is definitely an older home and was a little stuffy upon arrival, but aired out fine after a day. The location and view is nice. We would stay here again.
As much as we loved the house and the location, I would like to share some upsetting events that happened while we were renting the home.
1. First when we picked up the keys on Saturday afternoon, we were told there was a âmishapâ and the pool heater was not working and someone should be there by Monday to fix it. We endured 2 days of a very cold pool that was unswimable at 70 degrees. The heater was fixed on Monday and we do appreciate the call that it was fixed, but needed to wait for it to warm up to use. The first day we got to use the pool was Tuesday, 3 days after our arrival.
2. We were disturbed multiple times, by people walking into our home without notice to us that they were coming. Imagine our surprise to see a man standing in our enclosed pool area. One was to change the filtration system in the pool to a salt filtration (could this not have waited until we left) and another was a man taking measurements of our pool area (also, could this not waited). We asked what he was doing inside our house and he told us âYou ordered thisâ, which of course we did not and told him we had rented the home and were not the owners. However, he did not leave and finished doing his measurements while we were sitting there trying to enjoy our privacy.
3. The last thing, and yes it may seem very minor, but our home we rented had no roof on it. No, this did not affect our stay, however it was rather unsightly, considering the amount of money we paid to rent the home for our vacation.
It seems to me that this home was not ready to be rented out and we were the first people to rent it. All of the items listed above should have been completed before someone paid the amount of money we did for our vacation and had to endure. We specifically choose this home because of the location, privacy and pool. The location was nice, however the privacy was questionable (we started to wonder when another person would walk into our home) and the pool was unusable for 3 days of a 7 day stay.
I would love to give it a good review , but I am struggling with what to say. Yes, the location was nice, the house was beautiful, we enjoyed watching the boats and the birds but our experience was somewhat ruined by the lack of privacy and disruptions, lack of communication and unusable pool. We never received an apology from anyone or any compensation.
