The accommodation is located in a villa slightly elevated above street level. Access is via a short climb with a few steps, leading to a private and panoramic setting.
The house has two bedrooms: one double and one with two joinable single beds, offering flexible accommodations for guests. A large living room with two single beds completes the sleeping area. The kitchen opens directly onto a spacious covered terrace overlooking the sea, ideal for relaxing al fresco lunches and dinners. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub.
Parking is located in the immediate vicinity of the house; however, access is slightly higher than the access road, making it less suitable for very low or sporty vehicles.
A perfect solution for those seeking a peaceful vacation, close to the sea and with a splendid view of Elba Island.

Important Notes:

Pets: Four-legged friends are welcome! There is a €30 cleaning fee, and even if they try to behave, mischief may happen.

Bed Linens and Towels: The bed awaits you... but without sheets! You can bring your own or rent them for €20 per person (book within 7 days of arrival). If you are sleeping alone in a double bed, the cost will be for two people.

Deposit: €150, refundable at the end of your stay. It's best to pay in cash: if you use a card or bank transfer, a refund is possible but not guaranteed immediately.

Late check-in: Arriving after 8:00 PM? There's a €50 surcharge, but a smile is included!

Transportation and rentals: We offer special rates on boats, scooters, and cars exclusively for our guests, so you can explore the island stress-free and without breaking the bank.

Groups under 21: We cannot accommodate groups of younger people: we want to ensure fun without disturbing the neighbors.
