Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.

Bright and well furnished apartment on two levels. On the ground floor dining room with kitchenette with induction hob, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a large room with a sofa bed and a French window which leads to a terrace with a panoramic view of Monte Capanne and Marciana Marina.

- check-in in our office from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid

- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
