The Space:
This home offers not one but two separate units that can accommodate your entire group. Perfect for those traveling together that still want privacy and separation. The main part of the home has an open floor plan and tons of amenities. The casita side packs plenty of charm on its own. A door between the main part of the home and casita side of the home means that you can have as much togetherness or privacy as you want. With a total of three bedrooms between the two, everyone will find their own cozy corner. Both units are accessible through their own entrances and casita side has its own full kitchen.

After exploring the expansive outdoors of the region, relax in either of Mustang Retreat’s comfortable living rooms, equipped with ample sofa and seating options and large screen TVs. The roomy kitchens in each unit are fully equipped with all standard appliances and cookware, with dining room tables with formal meal seating for 7 in the main home and a more casual high-top café table for 2 in the casita.

Outdoors, a shaded patio and lounge seating area. If your furry friends are coming along, let them run around free in the fenced-in backyard. Up for an adventure or a day on the water? Lakes Marble Falls and Lake Lyndon B. Johnson are just minutes away.

The home sleeps a total of 9 guests between 3 private bedrooms (2 in main house, 1 in casita), and queen size sofa sleeper (main house living room).

- Bedroom #1 (main home) includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

- Bedroom #2 (main home) includes 1 twin bed and 1 full size bed in bunk format, and half bathroom with large vanity.

- Bedroom #3 (casita) includes 1 king size bed and 1 full size sleeper sofa, with smart TV and ensuite bathroom with large vanity and walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $75 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• This home is equipped with a total of 2 exterior Security Cameras: (1) Front Doorbell, and (2) Rear Garage.
• Detached carport is not available for guest use.
• In Hill Country where bugs and scorpions are not always avoidable - the property will have pest control routinely, but some things are unavoidable.
• Boat trailer parking is available.
• Washer and dryer in unit.
• Firewood for the wood-burning wood stove in bedroom is not provided. Fireplace in living room is decorative only.

Marble falls, Texas is a picturesque town that offers visitors a chance to experience the Texas Hill Country's natural beauty. Charming boutiques and art galleries provide ample opportunity to indulge in some retail therapy, while nearby state parks offer adventurous hiking and cycling trails. Off Roading enthusiasts will find Hidden Falls Adventure Park nearby. If you want to venture out further, the thriving cities of Austin (70 minutes) and San Antonio (1.75 hours) are easy day trip destinations where you can explore unique urban centers. There are 67 wineries and breweries located in the Central Texas area that make for great day trip destinations as well!

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $100.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
