Bienvenue à Birdsong cabine! Nous offrons une maison entièrement meublée, entièrement approvisionné, propre et confortable sur le lac LBJ - qui se trouve être le plus grand lac de niveau constant aux Etats-Unis! Nous sommes animaux de compagnie. Les animaux domestiques exigent l'approbation préalable s'il vous plaît.

Notre maison peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 8 personnes. Il ya une chambre 3 avec 2 salles de bains. Deux chambres ont chacune un lit king size, tandis que la troisième chambre a deux lits doubles pleins / de taille. Il ya aussi un lit double d'une journée de taille dans le salon qui a un lit double gigogne gigogne ci-dessous. Les deux salles de bains ont des douches sans rendez-vous avec des carreaux de métro blanc!

De la cuisine à aire ouverte, vous regardez vers la crique qui entoure une île parsemée d’arbres. Tous les types d'animaux sauvages peuvent être observés dans l'anse, du nutria au castor en passant par le poisson, les tortues, les oiseaux-grues, les faucons et les hiboux! Notre crique est une crique sans sillage. Parfait pour le kayak, la pêche et flottant! Vous pouvez attacher votre bateau / jet-skis à la cloison et vous détendre! La cuisine moderne a des comptoirs en granit noir avec un énorme centre de l'île pour se divertir. Il y a des étagères supérieures ouvertes, entièrement équipées avec des plats de cuisine. À l’extérieur du patio arrière se trouvent un fumoir / grill et des meubles extérieurs en fer forgé. N'oubliez pas votre fluide charbon / briquet!

Il y a des surplombs couverts sur les patios latéraux et arrière. Nous avons fers à cheval et les conseils de lave-glace pour le plaisir! Venez rester avec nous et soyez prêt à vous détendre et profiter de la vie fraîche du lac LBJ!

S'il vous plaît noter, le nombre total de personnes autorisées sur la propriété à la fois, est le nombre de clients figurant dans votre réservation. Si cette règle est brisée, le dépôt de garantie sera perdu. Nous apprécion votre compréhension en la matière.

Best House! Will be back!

Birthday fishing trip for our 14 year old daughter didn’t disappoint. The property was beautiful with lots of outdoor activities. The cove was a honey hole. Easily caught tons of fish using worms and lures. A cute island full of geese right across the cove. A great kayak spot. Fully stocked kitchen and the most comfortablebeds! Very cute decor. Overall A! Host was responsive and helpful.

Weekend getaway

My husband and I stayed at Birdsong cabin for 3 nights. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We enjoyed watching some drama unfold between the geese on the island across the water as well as seeing cardinals and woodpeckers. Weather did not allow us to use the waterfront as much as we would have liked, but we are hoping to return and try again.

Perfect family get away

The house is called birdsong Cabin. Love the name, but it certainly is not a cabin. It is a lovely home and fully equipped with anything you need. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet, and many recreational areas are close by. The owners were available and very helpful. Highly recommend this place for a family getaway or a gathering of friends.

2nd Time Renter

This is the 2nd time we have rented this property, and most of the same reasons we keep coming back. My wife and I and our 2 teenage children enjoy getting away from it all and this place does it. Located on a nice, secluded cove, we have stayed a total of 10 nights and have still yet to see a neighbor. We love playing corn hole, horseshoes and even croquet. We cook all our meals here and the kitchen has everything, I grill the meats outside. We don't spend much time inside but still has what you need, clean rooms, nice bathroom and best of all, only 1 TV. Only 10 minutes from all the boat rentals. Go to the HEB in Marble Falls for whatever you want to cook, the one in Kingsland is very small. The host, Amy is exactly what you want in a host, great communication both pre and post trip and she doesn't get in the way while you are there. The only thing I would add is a couple of Kayaks but no biggie. Hopefully cane make it back for a 3rd time.

Great Stay at Birdsong!!

Our family of 5 had a great time at this location. The house was very clean and comfortably fit our crew. Very convenient to put in our boat and tie it on the dock (ramp is literally around the corner from the house). Plenty of room in the driveway to park the boat trailer plus 3 SUV/trucks. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. The back yard is fenced and great for a dog. We took our boat and ate at Boatown (easy 10 min boat ride) and got reservations at Hoopers for dinner one night. It’s a very quiet neighborhood with easy access to LBJ lake. We rented jet skis a couple of days as well. No complaints about the property and communication with owners is easy and prompt. Beds are comfortable and house stays cool (it was 101 a few days we were there). Everything is less than 10 mins away. We would stay here again!

Fantastic stay for our family

Our family of four stayed over the Fourth of July. The lake house is darling and spotlessly clean. The view out to the cove from the back of the house and the backyard is lovely. A very serene location. We brought our boat and enjoyed the location on the cove with easy access to the river. We floated in the cove near the house too. We ran out of time but wanted to paddle-board too. Amy was very helpful and great with communication. We enjoyed the Thirsty Armadillo (drive thru) for creative drinks and ventured to the Bluebonnet Cafe for dinner and their scrumptious pies. We highly recommend a stay on the lake here and would definitely stay again.

Great private cove house!

Cons: The bathrooms aren't attached to any bedrooms. No kitchen sink disposal. Pros: Everything else! The house is just as advertised - a perfect little getaway home with a huge waterfront on a manmade cove. The furniture is comfortable and well-maintained. Linens were provided, plentiful and good quality. The yard was mowed and landscaping was beautiful. Housekeeping was spotless and the kitchen might be the most fully stocked with utensils, dishes and spices of any house that we have rented. Caught a catfish and lots of bluegill out back so solid kid fishing entertainment. Minutes from town and Inks Lake State Park. A great experience and we would come back!

There were six of us senior lady friends and the accommodations were very comfortable. Two ladies fished most of the time and caught perch and 3 nice catfish(catch and release). Sitting on the porch in morning was sooo peaceful, the games could be updated pieces missing but we still played and laughed a lot! The two bathrooms are not in the bedrooms as the sight indicated. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully furnished. Lovely place to stay. Thank you Amy for sharing your home!

DOG FRIENDLY, FENCED YARD

MY DAUGHTER, HER DOG AND I ENJOYED THIS PROPERTY. VERY WELL STOCKED KITCHEN AND PLEASANT OUTDOOR SPACES. THE DOG LOVED THE BIG, FENCED YARD AND HAD A BALL EXPLORING, CHASING SQUIRRELS, AND RUNNING UP AND DOWN THE HILL. MY DAUGHTER CAUGHT A FEW NICE CATFISH WHICH WE RELEASED. QUIET EXCEPT FOR NEIGHBORHOOD MOWING, ETC. OVERALL, WE ENJOYED OUR STAY VERY MUCH. THE OWNER WAS SUPER ATTENTIVE AND HELPFUL. ONLY NEGATIVE WAS THERE ARE NO BATHROOMS CONNECTED TO ANY OF THE BEDROOMS.

Lovely Place!

The place was just perfect - very nice and clean inside and two really great outdoor areas. Off season, so nice and quiet outside, great views, very relaxing! Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Again, the place was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely go again and highly recommend!

Wonderful Cabin

Amazing waterfront home. Very clean, large kitchen with all necessities. As soon as we walked in, we felt like we were home. The property is beautiful. Jake the dog loved running around, watching the wild life on the island. This is a favorite for sure. Can’t wait to visit again.
