The Space:

Lakefront House is a charming vacation rental located in the beautiful area of Marble Falls. With 1765 square feet of space, this home provides a relaxing and inviting environment for family and friends to enjoy.



The living room of Lakefront House features vaulted ceilings, creating an open and airy atmosphere. Guests can unwind on the large leather sofa, offering ample seating for everyone to gather comfortably. This space is perfect for relaxation and socializing with loved ones.



The kitchen is a stunning and modern space, equipped with stainless steel appliances. It provides a delightful setting for cooking and preparing delicious meals. A peekaboo opening with bar seating for three connects the kitchen to the living room, allowing for easy interaction between guests in both areas.



The dining room offers seating for six, allowing guests to enjoy meals together. Large windows in the dining area let in plenty of natural light, creating a bright and welcoming ambiance for family gatherings or intimate dinners.

As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $59.99 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, cigars, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. We will provide a two-day supply of start-up sundries, including dish soap, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand lotion. Guests will need to purchase additional items from a local store or bring them with them. Missing supplies must be reported to our Customer Hospitality team within one hour of arrival.

8. Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly units, subject to an extra fee in addition to the nightly rate. Please verify whether pets are permitted in the unit you intend to rent. In the event that a pet is discovered in a non-pet-friendly unit, the guest grants Stay Texas authorization to levy a minimum additional cleaning fee of $500.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.

Anniversary Trip

We loved the location being on the lake. We didn’t get told until we were close to the date we were to arrive that the boat slip was not available. If we had planned to bring our boat, we would have been out of luck because there was a boat stored there. The pictures on the site make you think that you can use the boat slip. The property manager did not get back to me about whether or not there are televisions in the bedrooms and we were disappointed when we got there. The beds were comfortable and the couch was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The house overall was what we were looking for. The location is on a dead end street and close to town and a neat park area with a portion of the lake flowing through it.
