Welcome to your lakeside base in Granite Shoals on Lake LBJ. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath house sleeps up to 6 and sets you up for easy, laid-back days on the water near Marble Falls.



The Space:

Designed for relaxed lake living, this comfortable home sleeps 6 across three well-appointed bedrooms with two bathrooms on the main level. Head outside to unwind in the backyard, grill dinner, or gather around the fire pit as the sun sets over Lake LBJ. You’ll have a laptop-friendly workspace for checking in with the office, a washer/dryer for your convenience, and direct access to the water with a dock area for lounging. Two kayaks with paddles make getting out on the lake a breeze.

Layout (Sleeping Arrangements & Bathrooms)

• Bedroom 1 (main level): Queen bed, sleeps 2

• Bedroom 2 (down a small set of stairs): Queen bed, sleeps 2

• Bedroom 3 (main level): King bed, sleeps 2; ensuite bathroom

Bathrooms:

• Bathroom 1: Ensuite to Bedroom 3 on the main level

• Bathroom 2: Hall bathroom on the main level



Important Things to Note

• Stairs: Bedroom 2 requires going down a small set of stairs.

• A washer/dryer is included for your convenience.

• Pets: No pets are allowed at this property.

• Parking: 2 driveway spaces are available. Additional parking is allowed on the grass in front of the fence.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

Boats and watercraft:

• The boat lift and boat slip shown in photos are not available for guest use.

• Guests may tie off up to 2 jet skis to the side of the dock.

• There is a boat launch near the house; you may bring a boat, launch it, and park your boat and trailer at the house each night.

• Jet skis shown in photos are not available for guest use.

• Two kayaks with paddles are provided for guest use.

Location logistics: The home is in Granite Shoals, about 7 miles west of Marble Falls in Burnet County.
