The Space:
Nestled on the banks of the Colorado River, Hill Top Haven offers a sophisticated retreat for up to 12 guests, with four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The home's open-concept design invites you to unwind with a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy additional living room upstairs. Sunlight pours in through floor-to-ceiling windows, bathing the home in warmth. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are included to ensure you feel right at home.

The grand master suite, located on the main floor, features a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom, offering a serene view of the distinctive granite hilltop that graces the property. Upstairs, there are two more king-size suites. The fourth bedroom, a charming bunk room, accommodates six with two sets of bunk beds. One set of bunk beds is a twin over twin size bed while the second set is a full over full size bed—perfect for the younger members of your group.

For your entertainment, two spacious living rooms come complete with flat-screen TVs, ideal for movie nights or unwinding after a day on the water. Host family game nights around the table. Savor panoramic views of the river and the striking granite hilltop from the upstairs balcony.

Step outside to your private oasis. The outdoor kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring a built-in gas grill, sleek countertops, and a mini fridge. Dine under the stars at the outdoor table or relax on the stylish deck furniture as you soak in the sun. The motorized awning can be extended for added shade throughout the day. Lounge by the water, take in the sun or dive into lake life and explore the cove on the complimentary kayak. The dock is furnished with cleats making it easy to tie up your boat or jet skis while not in use. Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, back patio, and boat dock. Boat lift and PWC platform not available for guests. There are cleats available to tie up guest's boat or if bringing jet skis.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in Granite Shoals. There are several community parks and boat ramps available to use. There is also a community activity center with basketball courts, tennis courts, playground and walking trails.

Getting Around:
You will need a vehicle to get to this property and around to local attractions.

We are available by phone, email, text, Airbnb Message, or can be available in person if need be.

No pets are allowed at this property. If evidence of pets are found, an automatic fee of $500 occurs to the card on file.

Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.



The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.



The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

Noise Ordinance: Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No exceptions! No amplified music or noise is allowed. Please be considerate of the neighbors.
