Can't beat this location! This is the rare Hill Country Lake Front getaway you’ve been dreaming about! Amazing panoramic Lake and Hill Country views, breath fresh air and listen to the birds signing on the wrap around porch!
Master bedroom is on the main floor (main floor is located on the second floor) and has 1 king size bed ready for you with comfy sheets and pillows. The main floor has another bedroom furnished with 2 twin beds (bunk) and 1 queen bed. On the first floor you will find the third bedroom that has 2 full size beds. There is a bathroom located on each floors of the house. The cozy living room is equipped with a flat screen Roku Smart TV, sofa and extra blankets. High speed internet throughout the whole house. Fully stocked kitchen, 2 large patios with grill and sitting area. Our vacation rental is protected by e-locks. In other words, NO KEYS NO HASSLE! Prior to your stay we simply email you a unique code that works for your reservation only. Late check in is not a problem! Tile and concrete floors and hard wood floors throughout the whole place, no carpet.

Pets are welcome, please confirm with the host before securing the reservation about pet fee for the duration of the stay. Pet fee may not be included in the rate when you book.

Marble Falls is 15 mins to the West. The cute downtown had wonderful restaurants, shops, ice cream, wineries or breweries.

In the winter, enjoy the beautiful Marble Falls Christmas light display overlooking the lake.

CLEANING PROTOCOL
We professionally clean the rental before your arrival! In addition, out of an abundance of caution during this time, we've upped our cleaning procedures to make sure we're doing our part to keep everyone healthy and safe. Beyond our regular cleaning, here's what other measures we're taking:

- Our housekeeping team is taking extra time to thoroughly disinfect inside the vacation rental, especially on frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs.
- Hand soap is also provided at every sink!
- All of our sheets and towels are laundered using the highest temperature settings for water to wash and heat to dry.
- Just to be overly cautious, we limit in-person contact with all guests providing self checking with a code to enter the property. We've switched to text messaging and phone calls.

Toiletries
In consideration of the environment, unlike the practice at many hotels - shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, facial tissues, and other toiletries are not included. Hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.

Girls’ Getaway

Thank you for hosting my friends and me from October 18-20. For half of our group, this was our first experience with a short-term rental. We truly appreciated the phenomenal location and stunning mountain views. However, we encountered several issues with the interior of the house. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a strong, unpleasant odor from the sink disposal, which caused one guest to feel physically ill, requiring medication for her queasy stomach and headache. Additionally, the kitchen trash can had a noticeable odor and lacked a liner (this was reported immediately to contact person via text). The air inside the home was damp and musky; we resorted to using air freshener to mitigate the smell. Overall, it felt as though the home had not been adequately cleaned or refreshed in some time. We also noticed mold in the washing machine. Unfortunately, these issues left a negative impression on our first-time renters, leading them to believe that they could find a cleaner and more inviting space for a lower cost elsewhere. We appreciate your hospitality and hope that these concerns can be addressed for the benefit of future guests.

Everything was everything.

Really nice place. Originally came down for the kids regional track meet so we decided to make it into a mini family vacation and we had a blast. The dogs came along and they were comfortable as ever. It was a little pricey for what we got but overall everything was everything.

Cool Property

Really cool location/property! Thank you for letting us stay!! We would definitely stay at this property again. Only suggestion is to fix the fan on the left side of the patio when looking out from the kitchen.
