Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in the Aloha Royal urbanization. This tranquil complex is located in a sought after neighbourhood in the hills of Nueva AndalucĂa, but remains only a short drive from Marbella/Puerto Banus, world class golf courses and the beach! The apartment is furnished to a top standard, providing guests with everything needed for a relaxing Andalucian holiday.
This apartment is ideal for couples, families or golfers looking for the perfect base for their holiday!
This property is a ground floor apartment with its own private entrance to the front through a private courtyard. On the right of the entrance is a fully equipped serperated kitchen. Next door is a large, open planned kitchen/living space that opens up directly onto the beautiful terrace. South West facing the terrace is ideal for guests looking to enjoy afternoon sun. The space is well equipped with a further dining table, sun loungers and a chill out area perfect for holiday makers looking to relax and unwind.
The master bedroom has a large double bed, is ensuite with both a bath and a shower and has direct access to the terrace also. The second bedroom is also a double and enjoys its own bathroom across the hall. There is ample wardrobe space in both bedrooms and the twin has a seating area that would be perfect for guests looking to work while they are away!
The apartment has fast fibre optic WiFi, and centralised A/C (hot and cold) throughout the property. Included in the rental of the apartment is access to a private underground parking space, as well as the urbanizations gardens and swimming pool.
Malaga Airport is under a 40 minute drive away, and Gibraltar International 1 hour.
Puerto Banus is a 10 minute drive away, and Marbella Centro 15 minutes.
