Attractive, 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom duplex apartment, located on the 5th floor in Block A, of the Skol building in Marbella. This bright, West facing apartment has great sea views, as well as over the communal pools and gardens. The popular Skol Complex, is front line beach and right in the heart of Marbella, and 50 meters away from the famous Marbella port. Surrounded by fine dining restaurants and also pubs, bars and shops.
This duplex apartment enjoys evening sun and your stay is guaranteed to be as pleasant as possible. Accommodation comprises; Lift access, entrance, large lounge / dining room with doors to the terrace. Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, etc. There is also a shower room.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with amazing views, a second bedroom with two single beds and a separate full bathroom with shower over the bath.
