Spacious and cozy 2-bedroom 2-bathroom holiday home on the 6th floor of Block B in the well-known Skol building with great views over the community pools and the sea, on the beachfront of Marbella centre surrounded by all amenities and services you may desire, so a car is not necessary. The apartment is designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Accommodation comprises: Located on Block B has three elevators, and access to the apartment is via stairs, entrance to the living/dining room with a flat-screen TV with international channels, a completely renovated and equipped open kitchen with sea views, and access to the south-facing terrace with spectacular views of the Mediterranean (on clear days you can see the north African coast and Gibraltar!); north-facing master bedroom with two single beds and built-in wardrobe; full bathroom with bathtub; second north-facing bedroom with two single beds and built-in wardrobe; fully-renovated second full bathroom with shower. đ The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.
