Great, 2 bedroom, 3 bathrooms duplex apartment, located on the 5th floor in Block A, of the Skol building in Marbella. This bright, Eest facing apartment has great sea views.The popular Skol Complex, is front line beach and right in the heart of Marbella, and 50 meters away from the famous Marbella port. Surrounded by fine dining restaurants and also pubs, bars and shops.
This newly renovated and updated apartment comprises; spacious living/dining room with flat-screen TV; access to the furnished terrace with exterior table and chairs; fitted kitchen with electric hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine, and full bathroom downstairs.
Upper floor with bedrooms area; master bedroom with two single beds arranged together, flat-screen TV, large windows providing super views, and en-suite bathroom with shower; second bedroom with twin beds and flat-screen TV; and separate bathroom with shower. The holiday home is equipped with Wi-Fi, and hot & cold A/C throughout.
