Wonderful studio located in Block A of the well-known Skol building, with east orientation and great views of the sea and park, ensuring much privacy. On the beachfront in the heart of Marbella, it is surrounded by bars, restaurants, public transport stops, supermarkets, etc., such that a car is not necessary.
The property comprises: access to the studio, open kitchen with everything you need to cook, two dining areas (inside or on the private terrace), two single beds, TV with international channels through the community antenna, built-in wardrobe to store your belongings, and bathroom with shower.
đThe apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.
âPrivate A/C, so you can select the temperature you want.
đââïžAmong the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of âŹ3 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.
