La villa El Cafetal de Veronica, qui est situĂ©e Ă  Puerto BanĂșs, surplombe la montagne voisine. Cette villa de 2 Ă©tages se compose d'un salon, d'une cuisine trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec lave-vaisselle, de 4 chambres et de 2 salles de bains et peut donc accueillir 8 personnes. Les Ă©quipements supplĂ©mentaires comprennent le Wi-Fi (adaptĂ© aux appels vidĂ©o), la climatisation dans les chambres, une machine Ă  laver, un sĂ©choir ainsi qu'une tĂ©lĂ©vision. Un lit bĂ©bĂ© et une chaise haute sont Ă©galement disponibles.

Team building break

I took away from work to reward them for their hard work. The Villa is fantastic, in a perfect location. The facilities were excellent and we had a thoroughly enjoyable break.

Pros: We were a group of 7 ladies, with an annual trip together. We found the house very nice and comfortable. The outside cooking area could need a little care, along with the spices in the driveway ( could have been nice to use)Very nice kithchen, bathrooms and bedrooms ok, especially master bedroom. The pool was excellent, sun all day, and you could easyly get shadow under the sunroof. Close to the beach and walking distance to Puerto Banus.

Pros: A family group ranging in age from 76 to 5yrs celebrating a Golden Wedding anniversary had a marvellous time. The villa was ideal in situation, accommodation and relaxation. We wanted for nothing and the ground floor bedroom was ideal for those of us less fleet of foot. The swimming pool was wonderful and was used to the max. We appreciated the facilities in the kitchen and used the bbq. The arrangements for getting the keys was easy and May very charming. All together a wonderful stay.

Perfect location

The villa was absolutely beautiful. A real cooks kitchen, with every amenity you could think of. Pool was fabulous, and the gardens were beautifully kept. Access to the beach was two minutes away, and a casual walk into central Puerto Banus was 25 mins, but along the board walk so a stop at one of the many beach clubs on the way broke the walk up to 10/ 15 mins . It was perfect. There was a carrefour at the end of the road , closed Sundays. Loacal Irish bar showing all the football and a pool table which kept our teenage boys happy. All in all a really wonderful break. We would return. We would definitely return.

Pros: We stayed this year for the second time in this villa and enjoyed it just as much as last year. For 4 people with kids or two couples it's the ideal staying. There is enough space and seperation in the house and a large kitchen with tools to make any dish or drink you like. It is usefull to hire a car, but if not there is a supermarket at the end of the street. The centre of Puerto Banus you can reach by car in 5 min or by walk (there is a beach walk road 1 min away from the house which leads you to several beach clubs&restaurants and eventually to the centre) in 25 min. The beach bar which is the closest from the house is cute, original and has an amazing view&beach experience. Furthermore: don't forget to have food at La Moraga (close to El Corte Ingles)!

Pros: We where really happy with the condition of the house. It is spacious but clean and simple so its easy to settle in with tour own stuff. A nice pool with sun the whole day and possibility to barbecue as we did serveral times. Close to the beach and close enough to the bar street, I think it wasnt more than about 7 EUR to get there with a taxi. Close to supermarket and a few restaurants with good prices to get some lunch. The only possibly negative thing would be the kinder garden next door which could be a little noisy. However, in total this is definetely a 4+ rating out of 5 from my side and Im pretty sure my friends agreed.

Pros: We rented this villa for 2 weeks and we had a great holiday. The area is great, lots of nice restaurants, a quiet beach on walking distance and some some good beachclubs nearby (Puro beach and nikki beach). The villa: 2 bedrooms downstairs with a bathroom and clothing room and a master bedroom area upstairs with a private balcony, fridge, clothing room and bathroom, Both bathrooms are equally good with a separate shower and jacuzzi. TV's in all bedrooms. The large kitchen in the house is of semi-professionally quality, excellent equipment to make some great dishes! Outside you have a spacious garden with a BBQ and a very nice pool, there is bar with a fridge/ice machine/espresso machine next to the garden. So you can make a nice espresso in the morning and a cocktail for later on :) Highly recommended!

Pros: The house is actually even better than the pictures on the website! Something that in my experience is rare. We stayed for two weeks in April 2012 and we had a great experience. The house has an amazing garden with its own swimming pool and a kitchen that has any equipment you could possible wish for. On chilly nights you can light a fire inside and on warmer nights you can sit outside. And if you don't want to cook, you can just walk to the beach and the first 'chiringuito' (beach bar/restaurant) you see on the beach does not only look very attractive it also serves good food and has a great view over the bay and beach. Furthermore Andalusia has many more things to offer if you prefer to do other things than going to the beach as well and this is a good base to do them from. One piece of advice. If your kids cannot swim yet bring armbands, because they might want to be in the pool all the time and it is hard to stop them.

Pros: We stayed in the villa for 10 days in June/July 2013 and had a fantastic time. We were two families from Norway with two kids each, aged 5, 5, 2 and 1. Every one loved the house. The villa is quite big and has a beautiful surrounding garden with lots of flowers, fruit trees and a large selection of herbs for cooking. There is a pool and a large relaxation area outside with both shadow and sunshine, which was perfect for us with small children. But I guess anyone could enjoy it with or without children. :-) The villa has two floors with a large well-equipped kitchen. Those who like to prepare food will most definitely enjoy this. The nearby (2 blocks) San Pedro beach has a nice promenade with restaurants. The beach is a bit rocky and the whole place is quiet and chill, at least when we were there. If you crave for the more busy places, Puerto Banus is about 20 min walk away. Here there are lots of restaurants, bars and probably a good nightlife (did not get the chance to see that...). The beaches were better here. But truth is, we spent the beach time at the San Pedro beaches as we liked the chill atmosphere with the kids. If you want take-away, there where lots to chose from 4-5 blocks towards the main road. The thai place was great. We had a superb time and we will highly recommend and rent the villa again some other day. We don't have any negative things to say about the stay.

Pros: Not one to leave a review normally but feel like I have to with this one. The villa is stunning. The photos do not do justice. We we're blown away when May showed us around. Everything in working order and very comfortable. Stunning is the only word! Good location. Very close to the beach and 5 min taxi to Marbella which is stunning. Started to notice ants on the second day however we didn't think to much of it. Keep cleaning and don't leave food out. However the ants became awful. I expect ants don't get me wrong I'm not a prude. But in the beds when your sleeping, all over the counter when your cooking and one friend was badly bitten as they were red ants as well as black ants. Worst of all, on our last night the villa was robbed. The villa was locked with all the codes active. We did find one window open in the morning which we had never opened or went near during our stay. Around 400€ euros was taken, bags and contents were emptied around the villa. I understand this isn't the owners fault. However as 5 girls, in a foreign country, all aged 24-26, we would have appreciated if someone came to check on us or the villa. May was very apologetic when she came to check the house before we left. However, 45€ was taken from our deposit due to the fact we were leaving on a Sunday. I understand this is the rules and is explained on the website, however, after the villa had been robbed and we lost all our money we were hoping for some leniency as we lost all of our money. We were later informed that the villa had been robbed before. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the robbery and the way it was dealt with ruined our opinion of the villa.

Pros: Een prachtige, riante villa in een zeer rustgevende omgeving en toch op slechts 150 meter afstand van boulevard en strand. Diverse eetgelegenheden en barretjes op evenzo korte afstand. Supermarkt,bakker en geldautomaat bevinden zich op 500 meter afstand. Het huis is voorzien van alle luxe en een prachtige keuken, die van alle gemakken is voorzien, perfect voor de liefhebber van koken. In de beschutte tuin is het heerlijk om tot rust te komen. Voor het hele gezin is het zwembad een heerlijke verkoeling of een verfrissend begin van de dag. Op relatief korte afstand is er veel te zien in de omgeving. Een wandeling naar Puarto Banus langs de zee is een aanrader. Ook steden als Cordoba en Granada zijn binnen 2 uur bereikbaar. Een aanrader dus voor het hele gezin.

Pros: La relaciĂłn con Nicolas ha sido muy fluida antes de nuestra estancia, resolviendo todas nuestras dudas por whatsapp e email cuando lo hemos necesitado, transparente y atento. El dĂ­a de nuestra llegada nos recibiĂł May, una mujer super amable a quien hemos podido contactar durante nuestros 10 dĂ­as en el Cafetal para cualquier duda y despuĂ©s tambiĂ©n, ya que nos dejamos algunas pertenencias en la villa que nos han devuelto sin problema :) . La villa es genial, es muy espaciosa y luminosa, permitiendo disfrutar de los dĂ­as de sol en la costa. Eramos 7 amigas y disfrutamos mucho de la piscina, el jardin y la barbacoa. No hemos ido mucho a la playa de San Pedro, en el cafetal lo tenĂ­amos todo! La cafetera de bar es genial, el cafe sale buenĂ­simo. QuizĂĄs es necesario un poco mĂĄs de limpieza de los instrumentos de cocina, ya que hay muchĂ­simas sartenes y cazos diferentes. Hubiese estado bien un sistema de mĂșsica con bluetooth para escuchar mĂșsica con nuestros mĂłviles. La villa es segura y muy tranquila, apenas se escuchaba a los vecinos y no se molesta. Muchas gracias Nicolas por tenernos! nos acordaremos siempre de nuestro verano en el cafetal de VerĂłnica.
