Surplombant la mer, cet appartement penthouse vous impressionnera par ses vues fantastiques. La propriĂ©tĂ© de 111 mÂČ se compose d’un salon avec un canapĂ©-lit pour une personne, d’une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec lave-vaisselle, de deux chambres et de deux salles de bain attenantes, pouvant accueillir jusqu’à quatre personnes. Le logement dispose du Wi-Fi haut dĂ©bit (adaptĂ© aux appels vidĂ©o), de la climatisation centrale, du chauffage, d’un lave-linge, de la tĂ©lĂ©vision par satellite et d’un lecteur DVD. Un futon portable supplĂ©mentaire et un lit simple portable dans le garage peuvent ĂȘtre ajoutĂ©s pour les enfants sur demande.



La chambre 1 comprend un lit king-size et la chambre 2 deux lits simples. Le salon dispose d’un canapĂ©-lit pour une personne. Le point fort de ce logement est son espace extĂ©rieur privĂ© avec mobilier de jardin, quatre terrasses ouvertes privĂ©es avec barbecue (un barbecue principal) et un balcon. The weather was sunny and warm enough to enjoy tennis at the nearby tennis club Don Carlos. Las Flores is our favorite restaurant, which we can reach with a walk along the beach.

Fantastic views towards Gibraltar and North Africa with stunning sunsets in the evening. The apartment is well equipped and the owner continues to update it, installing a new kitchen and new showers. It has a large terrace overlooking the golf club and the Med with lovely plants to make it feel homely. The pool is only a stones throw away which has been refurbished and a toddlers pool as well in a very safe area with sunbeds and shade. We have already booked for Autumn. I cannot recommend this apartment higher.

We arrived at the penthouse, were Sonia (a very kind lady) gives us the keys and showed us the place were we would stay for 14 days. The view from the terrace is amazing!! The penthouse is equipped with all the necessary equipment, included a new kitchen. We enjoyed our stay: relaxing at the pool; trips to Puerto Banus and Old Town Marbella, shopping in Malaga,... We definitely recommend this stay!

The communication with the owner and Sonja, his representative on the spot, was easy and fast. Also the handover of the keys was very smooth Any room for improvement? Might be a new vacuum cleaner would be an investment worth considering because it would definitely help to maintain it clean and tidy (the existing one does not work properly).

Pros: We have stayed at Mr Maliks apartment about fourteen times. We try to stay at least twice a year, and we will be returning late September. It is a wonderful apartment situated high above the golf course and has wonderful views over Elviria and the Med, you can see Gibraltar and the Atlas Mountains in Morocco on a clear day. The apartment is in close proximity to many fine resorts and close to wonderful beaches of Elviria, safe for children to play. We frequently drive to Gibraltar which is about an hour away. The apartment is fully equipped with a super fitted kitchen and the swimming pool is just a stones throw away with a paddling pool for small children. There is a television , CD player, DVD player and plenty of music and films to play and see. Although there are plenty of good restaurants close by we chose to cook at the apartment and enjoy eating on the terrace, overlooking the view, especially the sunset with some nice music playing. The apartment is just a wonderful place to be with all your needs for a really nice holiday.
